Well the guy at the counter was great. He told me what all they did and what warranties came with the purchase. He also provided the cost of how much it would be if I need it replaced. But the gut from the service team simply threw or tossed the keys on the counter. I mentioned it to the guy at the counter. His response was he was in a rush. However if the customer is standing there simply hand the key over to them while acknowledging them. I'm not asking for a full blown conversation. He could have said here you go thank u for coming in. I don't think that's too much to ask.

The price seems too high for an oil change and if I get a quote to have other work done I can always get it done somewhere else cheaper. Recently I had a rattle in my exhaust system. As I recall, I was quoted approximately $250.00 from Midas, I had it fixed from a muffler shop for $50.00.

I would rather have been asked about additional work before they started finding pricing. It just seemed like forced upselling

Please provide pricing in a timely manner. I scheduled the appointment and notified them of what I needed done. Brakes - the car was grinding. I asked them during previous visits to check on my brakes and they said they were fine and then now he yells at me saying i should have brought the vehicle in sooner to fix them before they got so bad. Why did they tell me the brakes were fine at the last visit if they would degrade to this level and then charge me $982 for a brake job on a Honda Accord?

I had to remind them to rotate my tires, (after they had already lowered my car from the lift) as it was supposed to be part of the multi-point inspection check.

I dropped the car off that morning, and it was ready that afternoon. Because the part was on warranty, I didn't have to pay.

I was misinformed about my vehicle needing a full synthetic oil change, so I had to pay $49.00 and change versus just under $18.00 for a general one! I talked with Nissan today and a Nissan Dealership and they both confirmed I only needed a General oil change; Overcharged! And, although nice people at Midas, I was told twice on previous visits, I would only need the general one! FYI I understand that Synthetic is best, but on tight budget, this was not fair!
