you quoted us a price when we made the appointment and then changed the price when we checked out. we where quoted a price of 24.99 for an oil change and when we checked out we got charged a lot more money because u guys said our vehicle took 6 quarts of oil instead of 5 no other oil place has said that our vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil. That should have been communicated to us when we made the appointment

The guys here were very helpful and willing to explain everything found in the inspections to me, the pricing, and the reason behind everything. They’re pretty affordable compared to other places and the guys at the desk were both great. I’m glad I took my car to Midas and did my inspections there. Even though I could only afford the brakes, I’ll most likely be back at Midas for my suspension as well (which I has inspected while I was there). The inspections are well worth it too.

Anywhere I go I’m looking for the best customer service and this surely has to be the best service I’ve received in Indianapolis ever. The entire team is friendly and easy to talk with. The store manager handled the check in and check out and is explained what was going on with my car and what my needs might be coming up and never tries to add in lots of 'extras'. He mentioned tires being worn and, without any pushing about dealing with Midas, let me know there was a special on tires I could think about. We always have a great experience using this Midas shop. I know almost nothing about cars, but I feel I can trust the team there.
I was greeted with my entry . I did not have an appointment but was promptly started on my service . I was quoted a price of 101 for an oil change and rotation . I looked for a coupon and found one on the Midas Site . It was for a full synthetic oil change for 49.99 . I was told I could use the coupon but would need to print it in order to use it , due to it being a combination one. I asked if I could email the coupon to the store and it be printed I was told they were able to do that. The coupon had a promo code as well but I was still informed it needed printed . I asked the service desk lady to pull my car out of the bay as it was just pulled in. I left to go find a printer because that’s a 50 dollar difference in cost . I was called by Thomas and informed I didn’t need to print it and he would enter the code. I didn’t get but a stop light away and was back to be serviced . Thomas input the code coupon for 20 off an oil change , but I informed him that was not the one I wanted to use . I was refunded 20 dollars on the transaction .
Tell me if you find something wrong with my vehicle
The work/response was a very little bit slow. The price was more than I thought it should have been. I had swept out my vehicle prior to bringing it in and I noticed quite a bit of grass clippings and dirt in the driver’s side. I DID notice that the tire pressure-that was a bit low-was corrected even though the tires were not being worked on.
Thomas was excellent. He was also training a new employee on day one and showed a lot of patience with her while still very attentive to others in the waiting room.
They are always very welcoming and friendly. They do a great job of informing me during the process of oil changes, maintenance etc. I highly recommend them for vehicle services!!!
Was advised that I needed a compressor, condenser and other items. Work was done but I am having the same issue. For over $1600, after I stated that I already had a compressor added not long ago. Called when the van was to be finished and was told that the job was more difficult than they expected but should be done within an hour. I drove by to find that my vehicle had never made it into the shop and was sitting in the same spot. Finally it was completed the following day, but at this point I do not know if they did what they said they would because I am having the same issue. This is a business vehicle and now I am losing money b/c I cannot use it without AC in 90 degree and above weather, Now I'm being told I have to wait 2 more days before they can even look at it. I checked under the hood and see dye from a leak and can hear where the leak is coming from and noticed that they taped the hose to contain the leak, which didn't help.

The actual problem was a poor installation of the muffler I purchased form Midas in 6/2new 2. The muffler was rubbing on my drive shaft and grooved the outer casing. 5 midas associates gave every excuse why this happened, and it was B....S.....ref. invoice 0073316 I went to Car-X where I purchased my shocks in 2015 and they fixed the problem of the poor installation for free. Took them 20 minutes!

I brought a coupon from the Midas website to get a tire rotation and oil change , the manager didn't know how to enter the coupon and at the end of the service didn't know how to charge the bill correctly, the tech didn't complete the tire rotation without the manager having to go to him after he had pulled my vehicle out to bring it back in the shop to get it done finally
