Mr. Jerry Field is wonderful answering all of my questions and explanations of what is going to happen was very thorough. Thank you!

I was told 2 1/3 hours to complete what services I needed and I was there over 5. I then had to come back the next day for an alignment to be redone which took another 2 hours.

The service technician was very friendly. He helped me with my coupon. He explained concerns with my vehicle and saved me time and money by helping me with my windshield wipers.

My vehicle was brought in to be serviced immediately. Lobby was clean. I was greeted respectfully and politely. I didn’t have to wait long. I felt sure that my vehicle was serviced properly.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. I didn’t have to wait to have the service started. I was able to walk across the street for a lite breakfast and when I got back, my vehicle was finished.

Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. I had to drop off my vehicle on my lunch break. I got a phone call regarding what needed to be done, pricing and they explained a few more details. By the time I was out of work they were finished! Car drives fantastic again! Thanks 😁

I had a coupon. It was honored. The store was clean and the attendant was hospitable. The pricing was explained, great price for the package. I had my back windshield wiper replaced, tires rotated and oil changed all under $60 bucks!

I always bring my wife's and my vehicle up here for all services. Employees are always so friendly and customer service is out the roof! I would recommend this place to anyone. There are some amazing staff at this location.

My car was looked at for starting issues. Both battery and alternator checked out fine. Had oil changed and tires rotated and was impressed with service and the staff was very polite and informative.

Unless I'm not reading the oil dipstick right it looks like it might b a quart over the full mark. I have read where it's not advisable to run a vehicle with too much oil in the engine.roger ambrose

We had a suspicion that they didn't rotate our tires so we marked the two front tires and they didnt rotate them !!!!! So watch out we had to replace two front tires because of this !!!!! Shame on you that is just pure laziness !!!!!! I will never go back

The engine coolant thermostat change on a 2003 Trailblazer is not an easy task. Midas did an excellent job for me as well as an oil change and tire rotation.

I came in knowing exactly what was going on with my car. I had a video that showed exactly the part I needed. They dismissed the video. I was led to believe they understood the issue. After a week I picked up my car only to find the problem still exists. I

They stripped out one of my lug nuts and didn't have the decency to tell me.

Took my car there and my IPhone was stolen from my locked glove box! Filed a police report. Manager was made aware but they are waiting for the police report to decide if they want to handle the situation or not. Will NEVER go back but will spread the word
