Deano and everyone else at the Michigan City store was so kind. They went above and beyond to take care of all of my van’s problems quickly and efficiently. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Took a fleet vehicle in for a tire repair and was shown the dry rot on my tires. Manager took care of the issues with bbl and got all my tires replaced and me back on the road in time for my wife’s birthday.
I asked to have my muffler noise checked out. Technician asked me a series of relevant questions to help identify the problem. The conclusion was several bolts were loose and o my needed tightening or replacing—no chsrge
Took my truck in for an alignment due to a shake in the front end. The alignment was perfect, but instead of stopping there, the technician/manager spent more than 2 hours troubleshooting to determine I had a warped rotor due to a faulty caliper. They could’ve easily just returned my truck with a good alignment instead. This demonstrates their commitment to customer care and vehicle safety. I will definitely return for all my servicing needs in the future. Great job!👏👏
A $49 oil change and $20 tire rotation quickly have $109. Simply ridiculous that you charge $14 per extra quart when you darn well know your cost is around $3 or less. Complete fleecing of a customer.

Quality of workmanship. I brought two wheels in for warranty on tires. Left 7 days later with wheels that came out in a different condition that they came in, and the district manager Deano Pearson didn’t care enough to even look at what the suspected damage was.

I had a coupon. The coupon in which I brought in was 2499. But I walked out paying over $40.00. The sales person who helped me said she even gave me a $19.99 coupon to replace my coupon. But still in all. I should not have been paying the extra $20 if my coupon is stated for $19 99 or$ 24. I think it's terrible and no I do not agree with the service charge.

Dino was super nice and friendly and he had a great sense of humor which is important to me. They were able to weld a new sleeve in place where my exhaust had broke at the neck of the muffler. They were right on it and had it fixed quickly so I could continue on with my vacation. We were from out of town and Fino and his crew solved my problems and i couldn’t be more satisfied!

Front rotors and brakes, calipers were changed. Wire that attaches to hub was not put back into eyelet that holds it from rubbing on axle. This caused wires to be rubbed and damaged by axle. When we took the Jeep back they told us we needed a new hub assembly. After getting another place to look at this. We had to get the wire repaired and a new sensor on this wheel. No hub assembly was needed. Not very good work or assessment done here.We will not be back!!!

Came in two weeks ago received a diagnostic. They said I needed brakes and rotors and calipers I asked for them to check my tires they called said tires was ok the total for the other things was close to $1400 I said I would get done at a later time. Then when I bring it back for an oil change they said I needed tires and not calipers. I have asked Dean in Michigan City, IN why this happened and he has no logical answer. Someone is a fraud, either him or Midas.
