Nate was super friendly and got me scheduled at the last minute. I explained the warning light that was lit up on my dash and he said that was something they could certainly work on. After he called to tell me the quote, I called him back and added an oil change while I was there and he added that to the service. It was such an easy to work with shop. The only negative is I would have preferred that they left our car locked up when they were done with it, since it was a few hours between when they got done and when I told them we'd be there to pick up. I'll just make sure I mention that ahead of time, I guess. Anyway, super positive experience. 30 minutes before my appointment was set, I didn't even know Midas did anything other than oil changes and brakes. When my coworker told me that they take their car to Midas for other things, I checked the website and sure enough, it said they do electrical systems as well. I gave them a call and got an appointment set up for first thing the next morning. It was great.

Initial interactions with staff were not great, seemed like they were not interested in listening to what I needed looked at. Upon them taking the vehicle back however service was excellent from both gentlemen I spoke to. The guy in the shop especially was very friendly and clearly showed me and communicated the situation with my vehicle. Showing me what was going on with my vehicle and the great explanation of everything sealed the deal and I will definitely return for future needs.

They had not, which also Lena no brake inspection when I think they needed replaced. I didn’t think I needed to ask for this as it was advertised.
