Ony did what needed. I thought spark plugs needed to be replaced per my owner's manual. The mechanic informed me I was good for another 25,000 miles. Honesty is the best policy.

This particular Midas location has been taking care of my car for a couple years now. I was in a stressful situation because my car wouldn't start and I needed it for appointments. I'm single, with no family, so my car is my only means of transportation. They know me there and worked me in. They managed to install a new starter a new starter within a couple of hours. I was extremely grateful. I trust them with my car and won't take it any place else (2007 Honda Accord).

I was able to get my vehicle in for service immediately. I explained I was buying a new car at the same time my existing car had major issues. I requested Midas only fix what was wrong and not “look” for other issues. They were completely understandable.

I am very loyal to this Midas location and will continue to bring my cars in for service. Tim has always been wonderful. Only issue with this scheduled appointment was the time to complete the service. It was estimated 1 1/2 - 2 hours so I waited and it ended up taking approx 4 hours. Had I known I would have dropped it off. But, I understand things can happen and this was not expected. Overall, another good experience with Midas.

It was easy to schedule online and my truck was taken in on time. I also bought new windshield wipers as well. The only two negatives was that it took 2.5 hours and the reminder sticker had the mileage I brought it in with and not the mileage it should be at in three months. Other than that, it was easy to schedule and it was taken in on time.

Technicians were unable to diagnose the reason for the issues with my car. I opted for a replacement of my ignition switch as a way to hopefully pre-emptively fix the problem in the future. While, to my knowledge at this point, the part replacement went as expected without issue (although it seems to be a cheap replacement), having to pay $387 for an ~$80 part seemed extremely excessive. I was expecting to pay about $150-200 total for such a part. All in all, $387 for no for-sure solution and a minor part replacement over a 4 day period was kind of a disappointing result. I was hoping for a better result.
I have been bringing my cars to this locations, for service, for over 20 years. The staff has always been friendly and honest with me. They have recommended services that were needed and explained services that weren't needed. This store has treated me and my family with respect and honesty. In my opinion, this store has gone out of their way to make sure I was treated well.

Was my first time here. I had a coupon for an oil change and a free tire rotation which is the main reason for coming here. I was notified that my service was done and when I showed up the tires had not been rotated and had to ask again for that to be completed. They did complete everything as per the coupon after requesting it. The biggest issue I have is that my hood was not latched after the oil change and got on the highway with it bouncing around and luckily it did not pop up before I was able to get over and secure it.
First I went in and they said they could not see me that day, my appointment had been cancelled. I showed them the coupon I had he said no problem. I came back the next day and the again mentioned the 29.99 coupon. They said no problem. Never at any point mentioned the price then at the end charged me 79.99! I could have changed it myself for about 40.00. While sitting there, not one but two people we also arguing with the staff for repair cost that they were told would be one price, only to be charge more when they picked up. Seems to be how Midas operates. With the cost of everything rising people expect to pay what they are told. I have already posted this on social media and I will be posting on the Olathe page for our residents to avoid your establishment at all cost. If the pricing had been explained at the beginning I would have left but I would not have been upset with your company. I would have respected your cost and chose another option. I was not given that choice and it affects my budget. You guys run a bad company and I will shout that to anyone that will listen from now on.

I've been coming to this location for years and they always treat me right. I've tried out other automotive service companies that were closer to where I live and had bad experiences. Now I'll always go to this Midas location, even if it is further away. This is the only shop I fully trust.

Olathe Subaru told me that I needed a Valve Job which was going to cost me around $4,500.Lee’s Summit Subaru told me that I needed the both the front and back Catalytic Converters replaced.But Midas knew that I only needed to spend around $450 to have the ignition coil replaced.And now my 2006 Subaru Outback runs like a brand new car again.I saved a ton of money by getting the car fixed right at Midas and by not wasting time or money getting work done on my car which didn’t need done, by getting another opinion from Midas, and then getting the correct car repairs done at Midas.I am so glad that the Mechanics at Midas knew what was wrong with my Subaru Outback, when two different Subaru dealerships didn’t know what was wrong with it.
I will use Midas again for my next Oil Change the mechanics here are great guys caring and they had my car done in and out I will recommend Midas to anybody who asked me where to take their car

The work was probably fine, but this office suffers from the same problem every time I go in. I made an appointment for 0800 and my car was not ready until 1630. Last time I took my truck in the appointment was for 0900 but not ready until 1745. If you want your vehicle back at a reasonable time, you'll have to tell them you are waiting on it apparently.
