Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail. I also needed a very specific oil type and brand for my 2011 Porsche Panamera4 that was not carried but they were able to get it for me as well as do the oil change in only an hours time. Very fast to get what I needed and perform the service I came in for. This is the second vehicle I have brought here and from now on I will always bring all 3 of my vehicles here.

I was charged for an air filter replacement that I did not request and that was not discussed. I had an appointment for brakes and an oil change. Did not request an air filter. I can do that myself for a lot cheaper than 39.99. I sent my teenage daughter to get these services done because I trusted this location not to take advantage of her. I expected better.

I picked Midas because I had previously had positive experience. However $120 for an oil change was more than advertised and is more than my local Valvoline who can do the change much faster, cheaper, and while I wait in my vehicle. So I will be returning to Valvoline for the foreseeable future.

I was able to get an appointment in less then 12 hours from when I made it the night before. Online self service was fast and easy. My ac system had a busted up condenser and a new one was ordered and installed in a matter of 3 hours. This service included an AC inspection and free on. Price was much more reasonable then that of a dealership with a simular car with simular issues. I highly recommend!
