The waiting room was nasty hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The restroom was worse you need a cleaning service to clean these areas you can tell a bunch of men work there.

Be more honest about how long it takes to do an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Also, if you tell a customer that you will be able to do other work, such as an inspection of their A/C compressor, then keep your word and have help scheduled to do it.

Went in with problems with exhaust, they fixed part of the problem but I had to return for them to finish fixing it

I was highly satisfied with the overall service provided because it was short notice and they squeezed me in. I’m grateful because I had to go out of town and the following day was a holiday so no one else could service me until afterwards which was not convenient for me.

Honesty in what is happening..they asked if I was experiencing any brake issues...no. Back brakes showed some wear on the disc. Had them sanded and adjusted.

Mike Landon Tim and the whole crew were very helpful GM even had a national shut off on their computer service the day of my pick up and Tim went. Above and beyond to get it taking care of. I would definitely recommend Midas. I was 6 hours from home and they did everything to help me possible.

They told me I needed a water pump to stop my car from over heating but that wasn’t the problem the problem was that I have to antifreeze leaks in 2 different places and that wasn’t brought to my attention I was quoted about 300 to fix when it was only a 50 fix very disappointed will not be returning

My new tires were installed in the time frame that they stated when I arrived at the store.

Took an exhaust pipe in to have it redone and it was done incorrectly and had to make 2 30 minute trips back to the store for it to be done incorrectly again and then taken somewhere else to fix it correctly the first time

I had to return visit for the same problem I had 5he first time. Come to find out it was caused by an issue that was not addressed the first time. Which means I paid for new parts that weren't needed. The second visit the real problem was addressed and fixed

A major issue was missed and failed 2 days after leaving your shop. I was personally told by Landon that there was not an issue with Is fart.

So I leave work early 30 mins to make my appointment. The Tech waits 30 mins eating a brownie and standing around with the other Technicians talking about customers. Then decides to get my vehicle after some comments shared with the others. Fires my car up squeals the tires does a quick shift from drive to reverse in a squealing tire fashion. Then plays dodge the other Technician with another customers car in the parking lot almost hitting each other. I then look at the service desk worker like you better get ahold of your monkeys. Then after my alignment the Technician takes off with my car for a "test drive" without my consent. I call the cops to have the Technician arrested. Cops didn't arrest the Technician and there's physical damage done to my car for the joyriding law this Technician broke. This place didn't have me sign anything. And I was trying to stop him with the service clerk before he left. Still brought the car back damaged and heat soaked. Left the lot breaking every traffic KY has, Cops let him do it. So I now have to file a civil suit thanks to the local thugs they hire at this place. Manager acted like it was a usual day of business.

I was in a rough spot financially. The manager took it upon himself to make sure my car was driveable and within my budget.

Professional, all around great service.

We were traveling in a shuttle bus and experienced a smell which indicated a problem with the caliper. Midas was the only shop that could get us in and help us right away. Jordan was so helpful and accommodating to us and got us back on the road within an hour. We are so grateful for your help and keeping our family safe

Everything was well done. I fe!t comfortable with the scheduling, communication, check-in and checkout. This was a trial balloon for Midas service, and I now plan to use them for all auto repairs.

This was my second visit and I was very happy with the service I received. I was advised that my car needed a tune up. I asked for a printout of the cost of services needed and was given a detailed estimate. I appreciated that.

Came in for a shaky steering wheel. Ended up spending $850 and it still shakes.

I had an oil change and a starter put on my vehicle . Whenever I drove the suv I had to keep my feet on the gas and brakes to keep it from dieing out. The vehicle now putt-putt along .The manage said it would cost me 400.00 to fix it I told him that my suv was not doing when I first brought it here .He proceeded to say that it wasn't even running and I told him but when it was running it was fine .The problem was that my suv wouldn't start so the solution was it needed a starter now my suv is sitting in my driveway and don't know what to do. Do I trust them with my suv again or what?.Are they trying to take advance because I'm a woman?

Landon has high knowledge in vehicles and was a huge help. Also had a lot of recommendations that I found helpful. Will definitely return due to his costumer service!

Train your employees to watch getting in & out of the vehicle with oil on their shoes. Also the service guy dripped oil from the oil fill over the fan shroud & top of radiator & did not wipe it off. I asked specifically to have the oil change sticker to be put on door jamb, not on windshield but they still put it on windshield. These stickers will come off windshield when you clean it so I prefer the door jamb. I have never had to wait as long to get an oil change as I did here, my appointment was for 8 AM & at 9 AM I asked service writer how much longer & that is when he told me they were waiting on the filter, it was after 9:30 AM before my truck was finished.
