I had my rear brakes done at another Midas location 8 months ago, I had my front brakes done about 4 weeks ago. My car started shaking and I heard a grinding. I called Midas because there’s no way brand new brakes/rotors should be doing this! They were able to get me in the same day I called and had to warrantee all of my brakes and rotors! They were so wonderful and my car is back in top shape! Thanks so much !

I got two front control arms and rods changed. The material cost was shown as ~$650. I dropped the car at the store at morning, when the materials was not received. Not sure how long the work took but it should be between 4~6 hours. My estimate for the labor was ~$700, but I paid $1800 in total. The price was communicated at the beginning and I agreed with it. But when I saw the material cost on the final invoice, I felt the labor charge was a little high.The owner Brian and the technicians were nice. No complaint with the services. Just felt the cost was higher than it should be.

My car is shaking in driving. Now the new tires were just replaced two months ago. I thought an alignment may help to take care of the shaking issue.This brought me to the Midas for the first time. The scheduling was pretty easy. When I got to the site, I informed the front desk that the car is shaking and hopefully doing alignment could help diagnose and eliminate the issue. I was told the car would be checked anyway.The service was pretty quickly done in about 20 minutes. I drove off and still find the car is shaking. Then I decided to directly go to Costco where my new tires were installed two months ago to ensure the tires were properly balanced. The technician found the tires's balance has no problem but the front wheels loose.Now I suspect the work quality at Midas: if the front wheels are in looseness, how did they do alignment? Did they just align the loose tires? What is the work ethic at Midas!

I went to the location and was able to book an appointment very easily for within a couple days. The drop off was quick and Michelle reached out to me via text shortly after with the diagnosed issue. Went in for an oil change which was very reasonably priced $59 compared to $100 for synthetic. Was told i needed rear breaks and rotors as well. I knew parts were $300 labor was reasonable, even if i shopped around i could have saved $100 (maybe) but in an hour both jobs were done. Service was great, friendly and honest.
The mechanic that checked me in was super nice and gave me a total price before they started the work so there were no surprises. The work was done in less than 30 mins. Other places are a minimum of 1 hour so I was very pleasantly surprised.
Upon entry, everybody was extremely friendly. They clearly explained what the problem was with my car, and what needed to be done to fix it. They gave me the exact price and were able to get the job done much quicker than many other local mechanics would have.

We’ve never been to a Midas before, our experience with other local mechanics has not been pleasant. With Midas, I was able to make an appointment very quickly, their turn around was mind-blowing fast. Louis helped me from the phone call to working on the call and kept me updated every step of the way. Brian the owner even called with an update on being able to find a specific part same day, rather then having to wait a week. They are extremely pleasant to talk with and explain everything very well. We will be bringing all our cars there now. Great job guys and thank you for being as awesome as you are!

As a former mechanic I usually change my own oil, as I do not trust most places to change my oil. I was impressed how quickly they picked up the phone and booked my appointment. I called the day of the appointment and again they quickly pick up and was able to accomdate a earlyer time. I arrived and was greeted nicely, they toke my information and I sat down and they toke my car in early than the set appointment time. This location is organized and clean. They recomended tires for my Jeep and showed me all my options avalilable to me. Oil change was fast and I was out before I knew it.
