I am a 40 year customer of Midas at this location. After a recent visit for an oil change a problem arose with a part that was reinstalled after the change. It was most probably an oversight by the mechanic. I went by and explained the "problem" to the manager, Mike. He listened to everything I said and told me Midas would order the part needed and made an appointment for installation. I came in on Saturday morning, the part was waiting and installed and I went on my way. The professional manner of both managers I came in contact with was exemplary. The complaint was handled to my satisfaction and I will continue to use Midas. The part was an undercarriage shield on a Kia Sorento.

The night before I had replaced my air filter they tried charging me $30 to change a filter I just changed

Harry and another technician (I don't remember his name) was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They asked what I thought was wrong with my car, checked it for exhaust problems and ran a diagnostic test. They explained everything that was wrong with my car and didn't take advantage of my situation. Turned out that my transmission slips and it needed to be replaced. Since my car was under warranty, they told me to take it back to the dealer and to have it replaced.

The waiting area smells like cigarette smoke. It sure smells like someone smokes in there when customers are not in. The waiting area is filthy.
