It took an hour and 31 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. There were 2 people working and 1 was training a new employee who spent most of the time with the new person. This was the longest that I've ever had to wait for this simple task.

They did work on my car that I did not approve of. They gave me an unnecessary inspection of my car. And they fixed things on my car without my permission

The person who checked me in for service took care of the gentleman that walked in after me first although he clearly saw me enter first as there was a few minutes that I waited while they completed the previous customers transaction.

It was a terrible experience. I was told that four hours were needed for the services I requested. In fact, it took almost 7 hours. There were no text messages, phone calls, or other communications during the repair. I won't recommended this servicenter.

After waiting for 4 hours in a dirty waiting room, the team didn’t even finish the ordered service. Good thing I was there to watch the service, otherwise no one would have realized that they didn’t rotate my tires. So after these 4 hours, the team told me they are unable to provide that service that day and that I would need to come back another day to finish. This location, I have used many times and while I don’t expect top tier service, what I experienced this time was way below threshold. The maintenance guy that provided service seemed to really care less when I spoke to him. But really, if I wasn’t there to observe this, I would have been charged for a tire rotation and expected my tires to have been able to continue average wear, but this wasn’t the case. Just highly disappointed in my experience. I do not plan to return to this location or Midas again, I’ll stick with the dealer instead

While I was provided information about my vehicle and recommended service, they failed to turn off the message in my car's computer and it still tell me that I need maintenance.
