Actually upon reading the invoice-it said something about synthetic blend oil change - I’ve never wanted synthetic oil, just the normal oil I always get.

I went in for an oil change without an appointment and was pleased that it could be done right away while I waited. I was also pleased to find out that I was able to get a tire rotation at no extra cost.
$400 for replacing a foot of tubing requiring at most one hours labor. Does the worker get 1/8 of that? Exploiting the public!
Very honest evaluation of the need to replace my front brakes. After checking the brakes the technician told me there was no need to replace the brakes and that I had. T at least 10,000 miles before replacement might be needed.An honest evaluation at no charge.I defiinitly will be back to have them service my brakes.

Falmouth Midas - Charged for Complimentary Inspection. Didn't even find animal nest in filter box. Two Wrong size tires. Lug nuts Missing on 1 tire and loose on the other 3!! Almost Died on hwy. Had to be towed and everything redone by N Reading Midas. Beyond Negligent!! Barely avoided massive crash tires literally not even Attached to the car!!! All from simple tire change and alignment. Unreal!! Whole family - Midas customers forever. All documented.
The associates were kind and caring! They even let me know that my vehicle had recalls, they told me the truth and that makes a big difference to me!
The lead in the office, I didn't catch his name, Matthew maybe, was very professional and easy to communicate with. He was very forthcoming with information and necessary recommendations.

I dropped in with no appointment and was greater by the manager Matt Jonas he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed my needs and told me they could take a look at the exhaust and evaluate it; they did this quickly and gave me a few options and then did the repair for me that same day! Yahoo!The whole team, Matt, the Mechanics, and Midas knows what their doing and did so much more than I expected.It sounds like I'm gushing but it's true and I can't say enough about it.I live on Martha's Vineyard have to take the ferry over which takes time and planning but it's worth it. Midas I suggest you start marketing over here, many Islander can't get their vehicles looked at at all this time of year and would gladly come over to the cape if the knew the service they'd get. I'll be spreading the word and will be bringing my vehicle, my mother's, and my sisters too!
wanted to give a shout out to Matt Jonas and the crew at the Falmouth branch, because it seems like no one bothers to say thank you for a job well done, they just want to complain. My daughter had a few issues with her Volvo, so we brought it in Saturday the 15th of July. Our issues were carefully listened to, potential solutions were discussed, and an approximate price was agreed to in advance. This is exactly how I would have handled it if In were working there, but its amazing how few companies do it today. They even found issues we didn't know about, and asked us if we wanted them fixed as well. Bottom line is that we were both treated with respect and courtesy, you should pat yourselves on the back for bringing in a crew like that. You hired well.
Midas staff said bring car in told them it had a leak. Found the issues. NEVER called with estimate or follow-up. Not customers problem to chase Midas. Don want our business your loss.
Punctual done well pleasant customer service
Received 3 different prices within 3 days for brake service needed. After waiting an hour for free inspection, was told I needed front brakes and rotors, which I had expected. Told if I did it that day it would cost $399. Parts were difficult to find, and there would be a delay in receiving them. Decided I would come back next day for service, and was told that price would not be honored and would be around $450. Told manager that was not acceptable. Next day received call from a different person and discussed problem with him. He tried to figure new order which would be around $480, which included a coupon. He was very helpful in trying to find better price which he could not. Told me I would have to speak to manager who was not there that day. This run around is not acceptable. Have been going to Midas for years, but will not return again. Auto will be serviced elsewhere next week.
Appointment was scheduled for convenient time, right away my car was serviced. The technician informed me that my tires were probably outdated when I purchased them years ago from a different company in a different state. I appreciated the information!
I walked in unannounced and the gentleman that greeted me was very polite and accommodating. They discovered my problem explained to me what needed to be done and quoted me a price that I could understand. On my way out, they pointed out potential issues I had with my brakes, but they where not intimidating and I appreciated their input on something I already suspected. Finally, on my way out they noticed my tire pressure was low and then proceeded to inflate all my tires. I will be going back with my wifes car for service next week. VERY IMPRESSED

Came in with a steering problem and requested a power steering flush. Wife and daughter (it's my daughter's car) were informed that we would need a new steering rack for $3K. Car isn't worth that so wife and daughter run off and put a deposit down on a new car. Diagnosis didn't seem correct to me. After some online searches I found out that the lower steering shaft coupler needed lubrication. No cost, about one hour of actual time to do the work myself. Like new! People were great at the facility and I'd go there for simple stuff (oil change/tires) that I was confident in but would think twice on any recommendations for service without getting a second opinion.
I was greeted by Kyle at check-in and I was processed quickly. I asked if he could take a look at my exhaust system to see why it was so loud. He brought it in, put it up on the lift and diagnosed the problem quickly. He also, found a brake issue. Both were repaired quickly and I was on my ferry back to Martha's Vineyard in record time! He was very professional, polite, explained everything and stuck to the cost estimate presented to me at check out. I will be returning again next week for an issue with a different vehicle. Midas in Falmouth MA is the greatest ! I will pass it on to my friends.

Service at Midas was excellent. I made an appointment ahead of time, and when I got there they took my car in within a few minutes. They changed my oil and oil filter, rotated my tires and inspected my vehicle to make sure there weren't any issues. I ended up needing my air filter changed out, which I wasn't surprised about, and they took care of it right away. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and they were very patient with him. I would bring my vehicle back there again.

I was charged $90 to install a new car battery bought from Midas. The shop rate supposedly is $128/hr. So I was charged over 40 minutes to install the battery. I can do it myself in 15-20 minutes max. This is taking advantage of customers. Autozone will in

Sadly Midas misdiagnosed the problem. They replaced the power steering pump when it was the steering shaft knuckle that was bad. I paid for the power steering. They did not charge me for the steering shaft.

As usual the service at this Midas is exemplary. They told me of a couple of areas to watch for in the future due to message lights coming on. They could not detect any noise with the brakes that I asked them to look at and on that day I could not either
