Staff was professional, courteous and kind. My car ended up needing a lot of work and staff provided clear evidence for each item with solid recommendations on what was essential and what work could be delayed. I trust these people. I was hearing some sporadic noises/rattling. However, when 2 mechanics at Midas drove the car they didn't hearing anything. They recommended i jot down when i hear the noises and bring the car to them when it's happening in real time, if possible. They could've made up something to make some money off of me but they didn't, which is why i will return to them.

The work was completed and correct, my major disappointment was the price being charged for the rear brake replacement. Your prices are the same as a dealership. I wish I was given a price range prior to my appointment, because I would not have used Midas. The whole point of using Midas was you are not a car dealer. So for this I won’t use Midas again for any kind of service.

I am repeated customer for Midas for the past 5+ years and this is the first bad experience for me.The brake after the service was not good and I have been told that it was because i did not include fluid flush. Fluid flush was made not part of the bundle. I was not told that it is mandatory and did not warned about the impact after service. I paid around $1000 and I did not feel happy at the end.The display outside says "free tire rotation for any service" but at the store they said only for oil service. They did not do tire rotation for both my car and van. Even after asking them to change the display it still says "free tire rotation for any service" even after 20 days.
Please don’t recommend costly parts replacements which do not address the issue. My ask was to do the minimum repairs to address the problem with slow reacting brakes, and skip everything else. You replaced all brake rotors and charged for it. Quite a lot of money and it did not help. The trust is lost. Wish I could have my old parts back and money returned, to fix the actual problem elsewhere.

I scheduled my appointment for 730am and was late, didn’t get there till 830. No problem at all I purchased 2 new tires and had them aligned. Not a difficult job but still I was hdd as pot to be in and out so quick.

As usual, Simon and the techs at this Midas were amazingly efficient. Parts were sourced before I dropped off the vehicle and were ready. Other issues were encountered and these were repaired as well - all far less than what would have cost at a local GMC dealer.
Worked with me to schedule a time when I could wait for my vehicle to be serviced and let me know ahead of time that the appointment would need to be adjusted. Staff was knowledgeable of the repairs being made and provided next steps/recommendations.

Your prices for parts are 2 to 3 times more than over the counter at advanced auto parts or O'Reilly for the same parts absolutely ridiculous.
Because every time I go there, Simon explains things to me in a way that I understand. He is never condescending or rude because I'm a woman. He is always helpful and polite. Trevor is shaping up to be exactly the same way. As long as they are there, I will continue to do business there as they both exemplify integrity and that is rare these days.

I am. 58 year old woman. I called the shop and was told my car would be ready shortly so my husband dropped me off to wait as he had another appointment. The service representative would not allow me to wait in the lobby and forced, a 68 year old loyal customer, to wait outside for 30 minutes in the cold on a 25degree day. This is completely unacceptable. I had no one to call to pick me up so had to stand outside on the sidewalk freezing.
