Ivan, the owner of the Midas location at 555 Lynnway in Lynn, MA was extremely helpful. They had several inspection specials going on (tires, brakes, alignment) and performed all of them for free. Since my car did not require any tires, brakes or alignment the entire service was free. They also rotated my tires for free, since the tires had to be taken off my car for the inspections anyway. The entire service took over 1.5 hours. I very much appreciated the time they took to inspect my car without any charge. I am highly satisfied and can highly recommend this Midas location.

Everyone there is always very friendly, but why was there no heat on? Outdoor temps were in the 30s.

Waiting area should be thoroughly cleaned. The vertical blinds are broken in the windows. No bathroom, out of order sign posted. Make an exit or another safe entrance in back of building. Driveway could use an update. Please replace yellow cement to left of driveway next to building. It is out of place. Give your staff a bonus for Christmas. Hard workers. Thank you.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for over thirty years and have always been very satisfied with the service.

I have been taking my truck and my wife's car to this Midas for 25 + years and the reason is that they have always gone over and above with whatever the issue may of been. They fix it and fix it right.

Took longer than expected, and could’ve been cheaper. Just mainly considering the job being done was simple and was charged just as much as difficult job.
