At 11:00a I booked an appointment online for 2:00p. They honored the appointment exactly on time. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable about my car make/model. Told me brake pad replacement would take about 2 hours, texted me that it was done after an hour and a half, and charged me a very fair price. Simply could not have gone any better.
I just had a diagnostic inspection which actually went against the dealer's findings, so I don't know who to believe. However, it's not critical, and the dealer wanted over 3K to replace the whole exhaust, yet Midas didn't find a problem
This was my third experience here, staff are professional, helpful and communication is awesome. I think the manager was there when I picked up my car, he is extremely friendly and professional. The associate Connor that told me the pricing of the cost for repairs was also extremely polite and carefully explained the attention that my car needed and which parts needed to be repaired first. I was also grateful for the ride service provided to bring me home and back to the store to get my car back.

arrived at 9:00, I was told that the tires needed to be replaced, and I wasn't asked whether I would like to change those here or elsewhere, so I went along with it even though the prices were high for the tire. I waited for the tires to be delivered to the location, and let the workers know I needed to be at work by 2:00. when 1:00 rolled around, and I needed to be leaving for work, I had to call and check on it, and was told the tires should be arriving soon. okay fine, I'll be a little late but at least my tires will be fixed. my Lyft was scheduled and was brought back only to be told that the tires were delayed, so they wouldn't be able to change those. so I was late to work for no real reason. I think it was ultimately a good thing, I'll be able to get my tires cheaper elsewhere, but I would've appreciated more communication.
Very clear communication throughout the process. Walked in for a car inspection and they were able to assess my car within the hour, some work needed but still done the same day!

It was really quick and easy. The part I liked the most was I went in for tire services I had a nail in it and that was the only thing that was checked or done. No upselling really eased my mind

Overall the experience was great. The only problem I had (which is very insignificant) was the timing of the work being completed. I was told it would be an hour, but it ended up taking about 2 hours, like I said, a very insignificant issue. Customer service was great, scheduling and drop-off were very easy. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back in the future.

Transparency with pricing. I was not told the battery diagnostic was going to be almost $80.
I went to Midas for an oil change and also to check a rattling noise in my exhaust. They told me I needed tires. Oil was spilled on the manifold, never topped washer fluid off, never checked air, my light was on when I left. Same rattle in exhaust after theythey fixed some pipe, they said I needed. Part was 19.99 and almost 300.00 in labor was a total RIP OFF! Plate light was 2.99 and 20.00 to put it in, is CRAZY! I will report this to the BBB or Attorney General's Office. Not very Fair business.

Wait for hour an half for a oil change
I called to make an appointment to get a rear light replaced. It was so easy to book and when I brought my car in I was greeted by Jim who was so kind. He explained the timeline to me and I went on my way. SO easy. Then I received a call from Connor who told me they had looked at the car and could fix things for $132. He confirmed with me that I would like to move forward for that price and gave a time line based on the work they needed to do. Exactly within that timeline, I got a text saying my car was ready, I headed over and Jim had warmed my car up for me and brought it around front just as I was walking inside. There were no hidden fees, and again, I had excellent customer service. I also received a follow up email and text after my appointment confirming the services I had received. It was overall a wonderful and easy experience - plus the pricing was very fair!

Never got a followup call, email , text on the progress. I dropped it off based on an appointment I had to remake ( Web site said i was confirmed, location said no and had to push it out two days) .The the car was there 2 days until i called to find out what was going on. They did not update the records to the new number I left than ( they forgot) but they had my email so never=-the-less. 2 days without a car- unacceptable. Good thing I had another. They were short handed ( 2 techs called in) . it happens, but communication is everything and it didn't happen ( email would of been fine)

I have always experienced friendly and helpful counter staff at this Midas and felt that I was being advised honestly. Although I find Midas pricing to be on the high side, I am willing to pay a premium for reliable and honest service and for the the labor entailed.
