Had appointment but waited one hour before they worked on by auto Had a coupon but couldn’t use it for my auto because my truck takes more than 5 quarts of oil I think I should have been able to use the coupon and just paid for the extra oil. The coupon was for $29.00 oil change and I paid over $129.00

Sincerity. Hard to trust if no sincere techs. My last 2 appointments, the first, Toyota Sienna and second Subaru Forester, I had sincere techs

I could have dropped off my vehicle if I knew that the work was going to last longer the time communicated to me.

An appointment for the weekend was made. Front brakes on a Subaru. Quote was high, parts were not available, no communication was made. 5 hours later, I called to find out I would have to come back. Got done somewhere else,$1000 less.

I wanna say Thank you to the mechanic’s here Midas they were able to fix my company truck at the last minute especially now it’s that it’s around the holiday. I ended up being a new starter and the water pump. Thanks to mechanics will be able to go home for Christmas..

I believe satisfied meets the service that I receive. I keep receiving oil change but the oil gets dirty again in a few months. I can't really say what causes that.

Appointment was made easily. Price was clearly communicated and was reasonable. Service was performed quickly and Chris called me when done to pick it up.

I had to reschedule twice which they helped with. The final cost was lower than the estimate. The manager kept me I formed of the progess and costs throughout. And, they completed it all in one day after estimating they might need a second day. Although I thought I needed a whole new rear window wiper assembly, I only needed a new wiper arm and the manager let me know once it was discovered. My car was clean and drove home like a dream.

Everything was explained to me in language I could understand the problem. And I was shown what part needed replacing and given ideas as to how to make my engine perform better.

Was able to schedule appt on short notice and the associate was very helpful.

I appreciated that the workers didn’t make me feel like a dumb woman taking her car in for a service. Even though the diagnostic was expensive, I feel like they did an amount of inspecting that justified the price a little bit for me.

Didn't appreciate being told my car wouldn't pass inspection without new tires,cabin filter, engine filter. I declined and went to Colonial Honda across the street and had my car inspected without any issues.

I was never shown what was fixed, or what parts were used for españoles the type of brand the parts were from. I was overcharged and they charge me again for the same part which didn’t make sense.

I specifically asked that a tire be resealed. Though other requested work was done, this was overlooked. I assumed the work was done but once I got home and looked at the repair order the work had not been done. (I was not charged for work not done.)

I appreciated how friendly and kind the staff here was. At no point during my visit did I feel like I was a woman being taken advantage of, and the price stated at the beginning of the visist was the price that was paid in the end!

I was told I would receive pictures and I didn’t. We asked to see the old parts and he looked like a deer in the headlights. I never saw anything. I got home and noticed the next day that my hood paint is all scratched up where my hood latch is located. I am definitely NOT happy. 😡 it was not like that before I brought In because we had just checked my oil level.

They didn't call me within a half hour like they said they would to set up an appointment. I had to call them. I went to Midas because the price was low $17.76 for an oil change and tire rotation and 48 point inspection. I had a coupon. They only did the oil change. I asked about the tire rotation and they said that they measured my tread and found that I didn't need the rotation. I believe they didn't do the other services because they were busy. The price was too good.

Quick, efficient and trustworthy

If I could put no stars I would. I went there to get an oil change and when I get home there was deep scrape marks on my front bumper. I called them but they said it wasn't there fault. When I left to go get the oil change there was nothing on my number, and after the oil change I came right home. They just don't want to own up to what they did. And they are ridiculous saying it would be $1,000 for front struts. Rip offs much?! I do not recommend them
