Jim is such a friendly and hardworking associate. He helped me schedule an appointment and explained everything about what they had done to my car in detail once the appointment concluded. He also explained the gold member plan to me in simple terms, which made it easy to understand and apply! The service did take over an hour and a half (for an oil change and tire alignment), but they were super busy so I understood why it took longer than expected. They did a great job and I liked that they shared pictures of the interior and exterior of my car with me over text…super helpful. Highly recommend!

I wasn't going to apply for credit but the ability to do a ride share is essential as a single parent. I immediately told my daughter about the shop. When associates were not around i asked about 10 other customers about the shop. Absolutely rave reviews. I like the mission statement and that your company matched the mission statement.

I did a last minute scheduled appointment for my vehicles exhaust and was promptly confirmed and attended too, service was fast and efficient, a little costly, could've gone to Lou's custom exhaust where I know would've been least expensive, but your Midas team reached out and confirmed. For me service mostly takes the honor of my money being spent vs. no communication with your customers, even though it will cost me more $$$
Jim was the service person we dealt with. He was professional and informative. He made us feel at ease and took us in for the repair when it was a busy time but he knew we had a doctors visit to go to and took the time. We were very impressed with this Midas location and the service we received.

Oil was leaking due a defective oil filter from last oil change. It was removed and replaced. I was not charged anything because the product was defective. Staff are friendly and knowledgable about products and recommendations. Repairs were done in a timely manner. Amount of repairs needed were more extensive than anticipated, and the repair costs were high than expected. We have the Midas credit card and used it to cover repair costs. We like the feature that we have 12 months to pay for repairs without intereest charges.
Very satisfied with my visit. Make sure you hold onto Carlton & Jim at the front desk, those guys are the best PR men you probably have in the Entire Midas chain! One of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Very easy to schedule on line service. Contacted me within half hour. Drop off easy (first time here). Called and texted as car was being repaired. They told me to bring the car in to be evaluated and then were actually able to do the required work. SUPER STAFF. My started died on me and I replaced it myself but it wouldn’t start still. I called and they said I can bring it over if I got it towed. They took me right in even though they were extremely busy. They told me that I did the job correctly and that the starter I got from the store was faulty so they replaced it for me. They also told me about other things wrong with my car and took care of it for me. I was very grateful for them!
I understand price increases happen, but everything is increasing greatly except my paycheck. The small things really matter now and virtually all the nice extras like free drinks are gone. I paid over 100$ for an oil change after tax, having a "free" coke while I wait would be nice.

I scheduled an oil change for my 2018 BMW 330I X drive. When I got there, the guy said you are not able to do an oil change on my car. Why did you allow me to schedule if you can’t work on it? Huge waste of my time.
I called because my battery was on its way out. I was told by Carlton to bring it in at my convenience and he would take care of it. I brought my in at 10:30 and by 11:30 my battery was replaced. Carlton also checked and filled my tires with air. I was so pleased to be able to get such wonderful service, not to mention I didn’t have to worry about getting stuck somewhere with a dead battery.
I felt comfortable with the Midas techs to provide what I needed done to my car. I’ve been going to this location a few years and by now they know me and treat me well. I suppose it comes down to I just trust them to do what’s right and needed.

Went in for an oil change because the car said it was time. Turns out they didn't reset my oil life timer last oil change. They checked the oil, told me to come back in 3000 more miles, filled my tire pressure and the windshield wiper fluid and did not charge me. Ive ised this midas for over a decade. Great service and very friendly manager.

I have come to the Raynham Midas for vehicle servicing for over two years now. They are reliable and always concerned when I call with any question about anything to do with the running of my car, and are just extremely helpful. Car maintenance is not a cut and dried process, and they always take time and are so helpful, whether it is something simple like a trunk latch that won’t close or some thing much more complicated like identifying a sound that I only hear once in a while. Also, the staff that I deal with has remained the same individuals continually, so I am not constantly dealing with new people who don’t know me or my car. This is also extremely helpful.

I have used this Midas in Raynham MA for several years on my 20 year old Subaru and Mercedes. They always do only what is necessary, do it well, and don't try to upsell you. Prices are reasonable especially compared to dealer service. It was easy to make a service appointment on line which they confirmed the same day. Very satisfied.
It took 2 hours to get an inspection and estimate for my brakes and then another 3 hours to do the work.
They were behind and it took longer than usual. The price was way too high.

A brand new OEM oil pan from the dodge dealer down the street costs 190.00 Midas charged 254.99. The oil pan gasket is 20.99 Midas charged 45.99. I understand that there will be a little mark up on price of parts but that’s gouging. It would been cheaper to go to the dealer

Came in for an oil change. Vehicle was given a thorough inspection and I was shown a potential problem. My only criticism is that I had an appointment elsewhere and it took 1 hour and 50 minutes from the time it was brought in until finished. Much longer
