The ownership/staff makes it feel family owned as opposed to a chain. They've done a majority of the upkeep on my 07 Corolla. Car rides like it did when I bought it originally.

The associate when I arrived was very friendly. The service was explained to me as time went along. I always feel confident when my car is serviced that's why I keep going back.

The staff went above and beyond to help fix my car and have it ready for me at the end of the day. They even drove me to and from my workplace (which wasn't very far) because I didn't have a ride. My car rides like new now.

It would be nice to actually perform all the work quoted. You can’t (for example) clean and flush brake fluid without bleeding the brakes. Just like you can’t do an alignment in a bay without the correct equipment. I mean. Come on. I’m not blind nor stupid.

There had been an interplay between one part of my car and a related part I had just installed. Both were expensive but we had a very good conversation so I could know what was needed and why, and how each impacted the other. This kind of information is very helpful for those of us who are not mechanically inclined. The owner took all the time I needed.

The one thing i find consistent with all Midas shops is that they do not try and sell you something you don't need. Dealers are so dishonest that they lie to you and tell you that you need a muffler when you don't or a battery when you don't. Over the year
