An inspection was performed on the vehicle that passed with no major concerns. When we took the vehicle to the second location for the wheel alignment we were informed of major concerns with the lower control armed and assumption that we would just five to okay to fix it. Given the disparity between the reports from the two locations we elected to take the vehicle elsewhere for an inspection to verify. Either the second location was recommended work that didn’t need to be done a major safety concern to pressure us into doing it or the initial location overlooked a major safety concern jeopardizing my family. Neither reflects well on Midas.

Everyone at this location worked hard to help us with our services, but due to the age and rarity of vehicle, parts were just not available. The crew were top-notch in my books. They communicated at all levels and despite the fact that ppl feel anxious about car repairs, and sometimes feel taken advantage of, they were very honest, straight-forward, and efficient. Shop rates were comparable. I will definitely recommend Midas at 221 St.Mary's Rd. for all of your vehicle's needs.

This place is simple to deal with the staff knows what your talking about and when they had questions they made sure I understood what we were talking about and on the same page from the start and finish of the repair

The tech need to be trained to diagnose, not just replace parts till something works. I was charged a high rate for an inaccurate diagnosis. My truck was held for ransom - either I pay the amount they wanted for the diagnostic fee, or they could install the parts I provided (the parts they said were not available, even though they came from the same supplier). Magically either scenario cost the same - over $400 to install a cap and rotor! Cheaper than the $900 estimate to put in a distributor . Shameful rip-off shop that preys upon people without knowledge. I got screwed, but not as badly as they tried.

The technicians were friendly and professional. Even when the part was not delivered on time, the front desk staff apologized and made me comfortable while I wait for the parts. I was also satisfied with the pricing.

Great! I had a flat tire and they were able to patch it within a reasonable amount of time and I was able to pick it up the same day.

While I waited for my vehicle the person at the desk had to attend to someone who was quite beligerant. The attendant was respectful and understanding of the client and was able to reassure the client he was heard.

I booked my service appointment on line a day before and I received a prompt response. Upon drop off I was helped quickly and no waiting.

I was lucky enough they could take on my van immediately to check no block heater and repaired the cord

I went in for a battery change in my dodge journey. Normally I'd do it myself, but you have to go through the wheel well, and I didn't feel like going through the hassle. Rodney was wonderful, ordered the battery in advance, and confirmed my suspicions that it was the battery, and not the alternator. I went to a local restaurant while the work was being done, and Rodney said that if there were any issues, he would come to the restaurant to let me know, as I had left my phone at home. My car was waiting for me after about an hour, and ready to go. This will be my go to mechanic as long as Rodney is there. He is amazing!

While in the waiting area, the staff were extremely personable, and were striving to get me back on the road fast! I appreciate all of their efforts.

The staff were extremely friendly and kept us informed on the process of fixing the problem at hand. The mechanics seemed very knowledgeable and they took us in last minute as a CAA emergency breakdown when all other shops seemed too busy. Oil change is an important thing to me but wasn't sure cost. I druve by the location very frequently but didn't even notice price until one evening when I pulled into the lot.

When I dropped of my car I was told the inspection would take about an hour and I would get a call with updates around then. About 45 minutes after I got the call plus a text that included pictures of problem areas and a full run down of what was checked - I have never received this thorough of an inspection call before. I was told what the problem was, what the issue would be without repair, and the severity of the issue. When I went in to pick up the car I was given my report/receipt and without having to ask each line was explained- again not something that happens often. I really appreciate the clarity and understanding that not everyone knows every inch of their vehicle and being able to put things into simple terms without talking down to me.

I went with my car because it had a strange sound, I paid for a complete checkup, they never did it, then supposedly repaired a sound, changed unnecessary parts, charged me for things I did not need, and then told me to go to another place because they do not find the solution, when I went back to ask what had happened Ronny who I guess is the manager was very aggressive and rude, so I will report him at the MPI, for his lack of professionalism.

The overall customer service was terrible. Rodney opara was very rude and unprofessional. He was a bully and was aggressive towards me. He didn't answer my questions professionally and even threatened to drain the oil because I asked for further details regarding servicing and cost.. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall experience and I also never got a call back to say the car was ready after dropping the car for over 4 hours when I was told ot was only 45 minutes..

They give you a quote an let you know what needs to be done now and what you need to keep an eye on but that could be deferred a bit. I got help with the Midas card to get no interest payments for 6 months. I have never felt ripped off by this location and
