I made a appointment only for a oil change and tire rotation based on a coupon price that was on website. When I arrived at the location I was told they would not honor the tire rotation portion the deal. He also told me he didn't have a lift available to do the tire rotation. I was at this location a few weeks earlier with a different car. I received the deal with the oil change and tire rotation. They did the service on both cars on the same lift. So maybe that means I did not get a tire rotation the first time I was there or he lied to me this time. Either option is unacceptable !

We had all 4 parts to the exhaust/catalytic converter system stolen from a vehicle. A mechanic I use for all of our company vehicles told me that Marion at Midas could do this better and less expensively than he could. While it took 3 months to get the parts from Nissan - the work was done within 2 days once they had the parts.Whenever I asked for an update Marion was quick to reply to email or call me back when I left a message. He worked to get me the best price possible and saved us hundreds from what other locations quoted us.

I was taken care of by Marlon (?). He quickly assessed my muffler needs and priced different options for me to choose from. The parts took a couple of days to come in. When they did, he promptly called me to schedule drop off of my truck. The quality of work was excellent. The tech who installed the muffler is good! The pipe tips were accurately measured and attached. The gap between the pipe tips and bumper is perfectly even and symmetrical.

I was recommended this place by a fellow coworker. I had a few issues with my vehicle, and I'm not a huge car/mechanic guy myself. I told them what was going on from what I knew, and they contacted me after the easy drop off and let me know what was going on. They included price, time for all the maintenance, what the problem was, and how they went about fixing it. The price was acceptable considering I needed the help and parts sooner rather than later, but everything is good to go. Friendly, timely, and knowledgeable.

I thought the oil change was about $80 but it ended up being $25 off with a promotion. The guy gave me the promo price and I was able to use the money I saved to get gas and a new cabin filter. Thanks so much because any money I save is a blessing during inflation.
