I headed on a trip and the low oil light came on. Apparently the oil level was a quart lot. I had to buy a quart for $11 to get the oil level right.

When the tires I originally wanted were unavailable, the staff quickly found comparable tires in my price range. I appreciate their efforts to assist me in getting my car repaired.

The response of the staf is good there service one time i gave my car for 2 things ac and adjoing a cover under engine ac thing was not poosible by them due to the car bolts which were just likely to be opend in company only but still they repair my second thing didnt charge me any single penny thats why people working over there are very freindly and service is highly satisfied

The manager explained that the repair of a disconnected pipe was not certain until he could get under the car and evaluate the condition of the exhaust pipes which were rusted. He called me to say that he could complete the repair but that there were 2 pipes rather than the one that I was aware of. He was clear about a price and assured me that the repair would be solid and I didn’t need to replace the whole system, which a dealership had suggested. I felt comfortable and confident in his handling of the repair.

They couldn’t be bothered to put the spare tire back on the car while they had it up on the lift. They just threw it in the trunk for $1200, you used to be able to expect a certain level of service. I will never be back at this location, and I will keep as many people from going to Midas as I possibly can.

Service manager Jerry was great I called for back brakes and a alignment, I asked him if they could fit me in that day, but my only time was 4:00 I could get there 2 hours before closing. Jerry made it happen, he also rebalanced 4 new tires that I had installed at another shop the day before, this service fixed the issue that we were left with from another shop. I got in right away, and my car was finished really quick. The guys were super friendly and helpful.

Price range estimated per scheduling phone call was very close to actual cost billed. Made it to shop just at closing (wasn't their faule my phone wasn't working) but felt someone would have waited till I arrived if late. All information was given up front, no call back with other problems that would jack up my total bull, no scare tactics either. Can't say anything better about a business.

I have been taking all of our vehicles to Midas since 2005. We started with Lee, who we miss a lot. Lee was honest (so are the new staff) and did not try to sell services I did not need. I had a run in with the owner before of this location, but Lee smoothed things over for us, and I have been bring all 3 of our vehicles there, as well as my mom, sister, and brother in law's vehicles. I have had total tune ups / overhauls on two of my SUV's, the most recent being this past fall. Midas is a FULL SERVICE shop, not just brakes and oil changes. We get our tires here, and everything we need for our vehicles here. We hope to keep this Annapolis location here for year to come ;-)

I’ve been coming here since 2006. Lee and Andrew were my original associates. They new staff is very good as they were. Midas does so much more than brakes. I come here for everything and will continue!

They were able to get the vehicle serviced on a moment's notice and the service was done at a much lower cost than most other retailers or the dealer.

I called and was given an appointment within an hour. The staff was extremely professional and nice. Everything was explained to me prior to me agreeing to the service needed. The repairs were done in a timely fashion while I waited!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak and it was diagnosed with a bad oil filter housing. Keith and Jerry were able to get the part and have it installed the next day. I picked up my vehicle and the check engine light came shortly after. Diagnosed with bad oil pressure sensor on the new housing. The team changed it out immediately free of charge. Approximately 2 months later the new housing started leaking. They put a new one and recommended to try to find an after market one made of aluminum instead of plastic. I found one and they installed it for me the next day. Very fast and courteous. Could not be happier with the service they provided. I will definitely be back and recommend them to all of my friends and family

Professional service techs did a great job on my new tires

Dropped my car off to have the AC unit fixed. I was told they had to run a few tests to determine what the problem was. The technician called back and told me what needed to be fixed. The part didn't come in when expected so it took 2 days to get the part
