Steve, the associate who helped me, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to my issues and was able to help me. He was honest about his opinions on what needed to be done and gave me a price breakdown/explanation of everything.

Midas on Joppa Road has been my go-to car service location for almost a year. I will go nowhere else. The management and the service staff have always been great. I highly recommend this location spefically.
My visit went smoothly I came in to replace my two front wheels and a wheel alignment and they were done alot quicker than expected!
Service took a lot longer than I expected. Was later told that it was due to NAPA parts truck driver had a flat tire. Just wish I would have been notified sooner.

I brought in my car for a new tire and inspection for damage. While the timing and price were good, I didn't get any explanation of the inspection page. I would have done more of the services if I knew I needed them. I also don't understand how I got my brakes replaced at this location a year or less ago but they are indicated as needing replacement soon. I work from home and rarely drive my car. There is jo logical reason for brakes that new and relatively unused to be so low.

My exhaust system was ordered thru Napa Auto when i got home i checked online for the prices of the parts to find out how much the prices were Jacked up and they were crazy jacked up. I expect you to make money but not that much.

Tire rotations for fwd vehicles (rear->front)(front->rear) awd/4wd vehicles tires rotate in a circle because all move at the same time. I experienced the incorrect procedure on my rotation as I have fwd and NOT awd.

Was there for a tire repair. Could not find my wheel lock key to put the repaired tire back on. Your manager, assistant manager and techs managed to find a key that would work with my lock and successfully removed the spare and put back on the repaired tire. Saved me a fortune in removing and replacing the wheel locks.
Detected the problem promptly, had an available time that work perfectly with my work schedule, quoted a price accordingly with no additional costs, completed the work in a timely manner, and the employees were great!

Actually correct the problem I’m experiencing with my vehicle. I took my vehicle to pass emissions and it failed the test, so I called up my local Midas and I waited while the tech worked on my vehicle. He came out and told me the problem was fixed and that my vehicle should now pass emissions testing. So I drove it back to the emissions testing site for a second test, post repairs, and my vehicle failed again! Even after the recommended repairs were completed earlier that day!!!!

Rachel is AMAZING. She supported me in getting in quickly, ordering my tire, scheduling me later in the afternoon because I had to work, and got me out in less than 45mins despite them being short staffed. If she hadn’t seriously recommend to me a couple of months ago during my last visit to get the tire coverage (I am always getting nails in my tire) then my most recent visit (my tire blew by mistake) would’ve been super expensive. I am so happy that she recommended I get the tire coverage plan. I am always grateful when she is there because I know my truck is in good hands.The technicians who worked on my vehicle were super quick and did a great job.

Rachel was very personable and adaptable to my situation, being that I had to call back and change my appointment. When I arrived, the system was down, but Rachel explained what would happen once the system came online. There was communication throughout the whole process, and the work was completed much faster than expected.

I was told that aTPMS rebuild kit was REQUIRED BY LAW to be completed after seeing it added to my bill without me asking for it. I asked to see the law/regulation and Chris the mgr. printed a 172 page document and told me it was in there. He insisted it was a law and he could go to jail if he didn’t rebuild the TPMS!!! I read the document and it wasn’t in there. There was nothing citing any law or regulation. I was eventually taken off my bill because my make year and model veh. Didn’t have that type of TPMS.
I was satisfied with the people who worked there. The price was high.

As a regular customer, I would have liked to be able to take advantage of some discount. It seems that Midas relies mostly on standard coupons for common services. In this case, there were none that applied to me.
Only thing I wasn't happy with the Midas location I visited was that I was waived down on my concerns about my ABS light being on . No one seemed to know or want to tell me the issue . After leaving and letting a professional private mechanic look at it it was determined that my fears about the ABS were correct but I was highly disappointed that I wasn't informed about this serious issue that can easily be mistaken for break problems . I've had breaks put on multiple times and experienced the same issues . When I called the shop I visited I was put on hold briefly , than my call was disconnected completely. I called back immediately not to get an answer or call back. I will be calling the same shop soon to address this issue but I was highly disappointed that I let professionals at a place I trust test drive it and still couldn't actually figure out the core issue I had with my vehicle . Other than that my experience was great , my pricing was bumped up a little after being given a quote for what it was to ultimately come out too which was a little bothersome. But the work put, service and kindness was excellent.
They were all very professional and extremely nice to me. Starting with the cashier and ending with the mechanic who personally came up to me and told me if I ever have any questions or problems please don't hesitate to come by and we will answer any questions you have free of charge! I feel that I can trust the mechanics to do work on my car that is necessary and not to just make money. I've already referred this Midas to family and friends. Awesome customer service!!!
