Took way to long i only came beacuse i thought you would be quick if i knew it would take so long I would have went to a cheaper shop in the city.
They did the job quickly and efficiently and for the price i expected

Customer Service was excellent. I came in with an initial complaint regarding my power steering but was reassured by the initial inspection that this Midas provides. The initial inspection revealed that I needed new shocks and that my problem with power steering had reset itself. Staff(Amber) even checked my service history to determine when other services had been completed and if any of those services were still under warranty.
The people are the best! Tony my personal mechanic looks out for me each visit. Amber and Jessie give exceptional customer service. I am sending PIZZAS this week for the staff.

I made the appointment online, which was super easy. I was only getting an oil change and from the time I entered the office to the time that they were finished it had only been approximately 20 minutes. They also recommended other work that I should consider getting done and even gave me a quote on how much those tasks would cost. These people are just wonderful to do business with.
They wasn't sure if they would take the coupon that was within the time frame. Then ended up paying more anyway. Plus a lug was missing which I thought was weird first time that ever happened and that added 25 bucks to the bill.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. The main thing is my van was finished when they said it would be.

I went in expecting to pay for a full exhaust replacement. Instead, was recommended to replace a center pipe, rest of exhaust system was still good. Any other shop would have replaced the whole system. Because of the honesty, I will be going back in two weeks to have other work done.

Does Jesse and Tony were extremely helpful and super friendly. They both communicated very clearly the entire process of the oil change and even recommended that I don't rotate my tires due to the wear that was in the front versus the back tires. Jesse also showed me that the oil filter that was in my car from the previous oil change was not the one that it should have been explained the process of what would happen with the incorrect oil filter being installed.
Made appointment for 8 am was completed by around 8:45 on the road before 9 have been going there for several years and really trust them actually feel like I know them well

It is very hard to find an establishment you can TRUST, especially when it comes to automotive maintenance. Jimmy, Amber, and the entire crew at this MIDAS is totally professional, personable, and focused on customer satisfaction. What more can a customer want? I'll say it again -- If there was only one MIDAS in Maryland, this should be the one.
Had a problem with a rusted and severed exhaust pipe from the exhaust converter. Took it to my normal mechanic. They were not positive they good do the job without doing more harm. They recommended Midas since Midas specializing in exhaust work. I was given two detailed options with price. One was almost $400 cheaper than my regular mechanic. The second option fit my need. Midas gave me no pressure and assured me either way would be done properly. And it was. Will be coming back again.
It only took 30 minutes to fix the exhaust pipe and I was over charged for labor.

I was truly impressed by the quickness of the staff. I was in at 1:00pm and left at 1:32pm. I’ve frequented other companies in the past but i have now found a forever home to take my vehicles. I’ve even talked to my supervisor about switching our fleet services at Comcast to Midas.

The mechanics are honest, they don't lie about the services you need to puff up the bill. They communicate what is going on with my car clearly.
When Midas coupons are submitted, charge the price on the coupon.Complete ALL services associated with the specific visit.When installing customer-supplied cabin air filters charge a reasonable ($5.00) install rate not ($40) which is more than a filter and install costs at Jiffy Lube.This Midas was outrageously expensive even after using coupons. The Manger and desk person were arrogant towards customers. Not a cutomer-friendly facility.

As petty as it may sound, i presented an online coupon for 59.99 for a full synthetic oil change. I was charged a disposal fee that I knew you would. $10 is an insane amount to charge when you are selling your used oil after all. and I was charged $ 2.95 for shop supplies. Please list that $2.95 worth of shop supplies. Please keep in mind, I stood to the back of my car just outside of the garage while the oil change was performed and I saw everything he used. i typically do all the maintenance on my own vehicles for 40 plus years. I ain't never used $3 worth of shop supplies on any single oil change. I thank you for the quick and professional service but but I consider those extra fees to be a deal breaker if im considering another visit to Midas

I had a wonderful experience at this Midas. Walked in around lunchtime with no appointment and they had my size tires. They even offered to squeeze me in that afternoon. Two nails, two tires the night before, leaking air. After hours, made an online appointment for the next morning. They called me first thing the next day and I dropped off the car. They had me rolling before noon.
