Went in for an alignment and when it was done it was still pulling to the left. They told me it could be a wide variety of problems. They told me to bring it back the next day for an oil change and they would troubleshoot it. Came it and realigned it AGAIN and never troubleshooted it and it’s still pulling. Again they said it could be a variety of things. I spent 2 days in there and left with the same problem and no resolution. Met the new owner the 2nd day he’s a great guy

Great service in a timely manner

I've had periodic services performed at the local Honda dealer (O'Donnell). I've never felt like the dealer cared as much as the team at this Midas do, with Scott and Zac. I was able to schedule my appointment easily online, they explained the pricing and what needed doing, and finished the service sooner than projected. I'll definitely be back.

I have been coming. to this Midas for some twenty years. I love Midas prices and the customer service. And the quality of work they do .

I had an oil change a few months ago. No one but I has touched the oil dipstick since then. I know that I didn't break it, but when I checked the oil some time back (between the oil change earlier this year & the one on September 12), I discovered that the dipstick was broken off barely below the "F" mark, therefore making it impossible to know when to add oil, & making it dangerous to add oil. When I had the oil changed this week, I hoped that Midas would at least reimburse me for half the price that I had paid for a new dipstick, but no such discount/rebate was offered. When I asked upon check-out, I was told that the workers there didn't have the authority, & that I'd have to talk to the owner who was at the Ellicott City location. I think that the Midas should have discounted my bill for at least half of my replacement expense for the part that they likely broke. Also, when I was there this week, no one but I was supposed to access my passenger compartment when the car was being worked on. But one of the workers obviously tried to before finding out that it was locked & calling me to start the engine. I know because I felt & saw "grease" on my fingers from the door handle.

Per the usual Midas took great care of me. I typically interact with the manager Scott however in his absence the other associate took great care of my car. The only down fall was my vehicle is white and when I left I could see the gentleman’s black fingerprints all over the places he inspected on my my car. However this is a small fix that I was ableTo wipe off once home 😁

You should clearly indicate what services that you have done to her vehicle and started putting other and the price that does not tell your customers what you have done to their vehicle. Had to go back and have them clearly print out just what was done. Other is not acceptable

My car was totally checked by one of Midas top notched mechanics. Then I was told what was causing the problems that I was having and what it would cost to fix them. I was then told about Easy-PAY for me to pay for the repairs. I have been bringing my vehicles to Midas for over twenty-five years.

The issue with my car was diagnosed and treated explained in detail. The repairs needed was explained in a manner which was understandable and a repair price was quoted UP front.

Everything was great, except me paying out so much money. I know that goes with the up keep of the vehicle, however, that's the only part I did not enjoy.

The service is comprehensive, professional, well explained and discussed and the techs and mechanics are top tier. I have switched from my former auto shop to this shop and I am very satisfied with the decisions. I have compared their prices and services (promised and delivered) and they are at the top of MY List!Can another shop do everything 'better'? I came in the shop thanking I needed the ball jount replaced . Only to find out after a thorough checkup of my truck. They found the problems, I needed a new motor mount, which I had replaced. The back Axle of my truck is going up, which I will get repaired in the near future.
