After reading the flyer I got in the mail, I called in make an appointment and was told that I could not, I'd just have to bring the vehicle in and wait. I also asked what the price would be for a full synthetic oit change and was told a figure different from what I was offered when I got to the store. I was not pleased.

I was highly satisfied because I received an explanation of what could be wrong with my vehicle and other possibilities, also I received explanation of other issues my vehicle has. They did not try to take advantage of me by telling me that I needed to get more services done at that time in order to get more money and because of that, I would definitely return to this one again.

The trouble they had getting a bolt loose for a thermostat it took them awhile. Also the only thing that I did not like was them replacing the factory hose clamps with worm clamps, now have to keep checking antifreeze
