Do not lie. I was told, very ominously, that I needed a new battery, at quite a cost. I didn’t take the fear tactic used, as I knew my battery was only 8 months old. After I left, I had the battery checked, and it had 100% life left. This location tried to take advantage of an old lady. Disgusting.

My 20 year old daughter brought her car in for brakes. She made an appointment. She called me crying saying it would be 3,000 to fix her broken car. Once I arrived, the estimate for her car contained lot of things she didn’t need repaired. Ball joints, shocks, 4 tires, 4 rotors, brake pads and alignment. Why would anyone in their right minds tell a 20 year old girl, her car is broken, unsafe and 3,000 for stuff she didn’t need. We paid for 2 tires, 2 rotors and 2 brake pads. The unnecessary repairs were removed and they started work. Had I not been there, would she have had to pay 3,000 for a broken/ unsafe car? I know there are specific specifications that any car has to remain within. It left a poor taste in my mouth about the whole experience. I felt she was taken advantage of because she was a girl and young. I will never bring my cars back there. I will also tell everyone who has a daughter NOT to bring their car there. I also know nothing will be done with this survey.

Greg booked my appointment for me via phone and was also there at my appointment at check-in and check-out. He was very courteous, professional, and informative with the questions I asked him.The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the price quoted by him over the phone for the services I needed was $439 after a $25 off coupon I quoted that I downloaded from their website but at checkout the price was a little over $500 instead. Greg did explain why price was different and he gave me a little more of a discount to bring the total down to $494 which was nice customer service. I just wasn't prepared to pay more at the visit per quoted a out the door price when I booked the appointment, so I had to make some finance adjustments to cover the excess amount at check out.But overall I am very pleased with the service and Greg was wonderful to work with. The car appointment was for a 2 hour timeframe to complete the work while I waited there and it ended up being done quicker than that even though they were extremely busy.Thank you to the service technician who worked on my husband's car and thank you to Greg, the Assistant Manager that made it a pleasant experience.

I was quoted price for a full synthetic oil change by the manager when I made the phone appointment, included a tire rotation.This oil change was $20 more than I was quoted. The technician reported defects that were non existent. Wiper blades, rear brakes, (pads and rotors) both had just passed MD safety inspection.

They have on different occasions they have said that they would not do the tire rotations that are stated on the coupon. Tires to worn one time lug nuts are swollen? I talked to another mechanic and he said that the lug nuts were fine.

Got my brakes done at this location and within less than 30 minutes they were squeaking loudly. I went back to the manager and nothing was done. This is bad business. I had to go to another shop to find out they didn't bleed the brakes before putting them
