Service provided was great! But, a couple of recommendations to make it Highly Satisfied would be 1) improved computer system for checkout - it took took long, 2) improved communication to customer regarding additional service needed - had to call for status and they thought they had called me. Also, I had to remind them of my warranty for brakes.
The person who performed the oil change noticed some oil on the floor of the bay where he did the work and asked that he be able to take another look at the car. It was about to be turned over to me. His suspicions were accurate and he found that there was no gasket on the new filter. He took care of the problem by installing a new filter. Mistakes happen, but he caught this problem and fixed it on his own. I was very impressed!

This Midas is my go-to car repair shop near my house. I have tried others but they always try to upsell or give me a bunch of bologna that makes no sense. This place isn't the cleanest or updated but they are fair and friendly. I will take that over an expensive new building anyday.
The store manager, David, explained everything to me and assisted in finding Midas discounts to lower the overall price. Another place had quoted a much higher price and Midas was able to beat this price, substantially.
