They were quick to deliver my new tire and they were able to put my new tire on within an hour. The front desk lady also came outside to assist me before I walked into the building. It shows they really care!

Repair was completed promptly and the quality of the work was very good. The technician who did the work pointed out a likely need to deal, at some future point, with a crack forming in the exhaust manifold, but there was no attempt to sell me on anything which was unnecessary ( a problem I have experienced elsewhere).

The price of oil change was reasonable. the appointment scheduling was breeze. I got text, email and on arrival I was greeted well. I was able to use the coupon as well. I was given the time estimate which was reasonable too.

I just dropped off my vehicle today for replacement of coil/spark plugs & fabricate/repair the flex pipe as part of muffler/exhaust system.

I went in for a rear brake service at this Frederick Location. The gentleman explained very clearly what things needed to be done asap and also what can be done at a later time. I will definitely return here again for my brake service next time. Highly Recommended!

Midas is 100% the only place I will be taking my car from now on!! The service was good in MIDAS. They fixed my glove box well and they took very less time. The customer support person was good. Only thing which I did not like is, when they fixed the Glove Box lid they made the my car seats dirty with grease. Also when they updated the mileage in my carfax history it was wrong
