Tom is a star. There is no other way to say it. He is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly honest. I cannot say enough about him and the respect he shows for the customer and the issues. Even if Midas doesn’t handle an issue, he will provide guidance. He was instrumental in Hyundai covering the cost of a new engine for me. He and Midas have my trust and loyalty. I tell everyone I know to go here.

Tom runs a great shop and every time I have an appointment, it such a fast and professional experience.
I needed new tires for the front of my car. I called a day ahead to be sure that the tires I needed were in stock. The staff was prepared when I arrived and my car was taken in immediately. I also asked to have a turn signal light replaced. I was surprised that it would cost $43, especially some the bulb itself cost only $8.99. As it turned out, when I left the store the turn signal still was not working. I returned very quickly, and the mechanic fixed the problem quickly. At least I wasn't charged $34 again for a few minutes work. That aside, I was very pleased with the work, the comfort and cleanliness of the waiting room, and the polite friendliness of the mechanics.

I was at work going into garage drivers window got stuck down it was raining all day I scheduled an appt for next morning. Found a time drink the day that rain was light left went directly to Midas they took it in the bay so no rain and called me with the problem and estimate in a few hours vehicle was repaired early next day.

I received a 2nd estimate for brake pads and rotors for my 2014 vehicle and Midas was by far less expensive and communicated what work would be done and why. It was a much better experience than prior service technician at different establishment.

They are very knowledgeable about auto mechanics. It’s near where I live, makes it convenient. I stopped there 8/22/23 to make an appointment, however they assessed the problem, “bad wiring to headlight”, passengers side, causing no light. They fixed it and in an hour i was heading home. Thanks!!

Very fast service, I booked an appointment at 10 AM on a Saturday and was able to pick my car up within a matter of hours. Pricing seemed reasonable and they were clear about what the issues with the vehicle were.

One tire was loosing air. I made the appointment for 3:30, the car was taken to a bay immediately. the tire was checked and found to have a screw imbedded. It was removed and the tire repaired. Service manger showed me the screw. I was gone before 4:00 p.m.

I've not only never had any complaints about the work they've done, but I don't think I've ever been any less than pleased with it. The only thing I could say is that they seem to be on the upper end of the potential cost for parts and labor, but never overpriced and it's always repairs and labor that still seem reasonable. Ultimately, even if I could find someone to do the work cheaper, I'm happy paying maybe a little more than average to know it's done right and that I won't be tricked or nickel and dimed on other things. I'm glad I can trust I will drop a car off for repairs, and not only will the repairs be handled, but they'll check with me for any other repairs that are recommended without repairs that aren't needed. All the staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. I was having an issue with getting the account number after applying for the Midas credit card. Multiple managers went above and beyond to help retrieve the information, despite the system they were given not working properly, and the headache from the credit card company. Also the service on my car is always fast, and excellent quality.

Even though it was mid-afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, they performed a diagnostic on my battery. It was indeed at the end of life so they replaced it on the spot. They left grease all over the front seat and side floor, some of the rims have scratches from putting the new tire.

He let me know his personal experience with a very similar car, and that gave me reassurance about the right choices and how to be cost effective.

I have been bringing my car and my husband's car to this location for a while now. I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received except with my last visit to get a new serpentine belt. The service was quick and the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant; however I believe the labor charged was a bit extreme. The belt replacement was $60 and the labor was $170. When I looked up how much the labor is for this type of job, it said the range is from $75 to $120 and I assumed the $120 would be from an actual dealership. As I stated, I have been very pleased in the past ,but found this experience to be less than what I have come to expect.

So it was my first time at Midas, I looked online for a place that would do brakes and this one came up. I was happy with Shawn explaining the services of what I needed. The only two thing I would say that needs to be worked on is maybe give an estimate of how long it would take and I would have liked to have had that complimentary vehicle check that I was reading about because I would have had Christy add on things I might need in the future. I was happy with the Midas credit card because now I won’t feel hesitant to get work done if I can have a way to pay it in segments.

Thank you so much for the tire service today. I came in to the site today with a suspected tire pressure issue and they took care of problem quickly. They did not even charge me with a fee! I appreciate the hospitality even though I showed up so early. Thanks again!

As a woman there have been many times when I went into a shop and was treated like a second-rate citizen, not knowledgeable about cars, but not at the Midas they have always treated with respect, and always as intelligent human beings. They make sure that I am happy with my service and always greet me with a smile and take the time to chat with me about what they seed needs to be done now and what we should look to do in the future. I recommend this store all the time. They are the best.
Every time I visit everyone especially Tom and Christi are very polite/friendly, I never have any issues. Prices is always told to you after they determine what the issue is and I usually walk away happy with my vehicle.

The squeaky brakes on my accessible van needed some work. You did a great job at a fair price. Now the brakes are quiet and work perfectly.
Came in for a squealing left driver side wheel. They recommended new brakes because they said I had bad hardware from a previous brake job a friend did. So $305 later the wheel still speaks. What a waste of money. Threw good brakes away. Install was good b

I took my Taurus wagon to Midas (on Ritchie Highway) after getting an outrageous estimate from Walt Eagers off Telegraph Road. (Tom) at Midas gave me a more reasonable quote and had the car done for me exactly when he said he would. I've used this Midas a couple times in the past and have always been pleased with the work and the professional service we have received. Tires are next on the list and we will be going back soon... Thanks Tom for helping us out and saving us a few hundred dollars!!!
