I wish they would have called me when my vehicle was ready. I was waiting fie their call at home for hours.

I came here with a serious brake problem and was advised that it would not be safe for me to drive. The mechanic, Freddie, who usually worked on my vehicle, said that he would be off the next day but would do it on Wednesday. The manager called me the next morning stating that Freddie had diagnosed the problem before he left for the day and that my truck would be ready by close of business on Wednesday. Imagine my surprise and gratitude to find out that Freddie had come in at 6:30 am to work on my car and called me at 9:30 am to complete the job so that I would not be without transportation any longer than necessary. There are closer Midas offices to me but I always go to Temple Hills, MD because I believe that they will be fair to me and not try to sell me services that I do not need immediately.

I only came to this location because the brake repair that was done on my vehicle was still under warranty, and it was the second time I had to come to get the same issue resolved. At first the tech tried to get me to delay my repair. I had been trying to get an appointment for a month and was determined to wait for it and get the service same day. He then told me he would replace my rotors for free as a favor (not warrantied). I had calipers, rotors, and brake pads replaced and shouldn't have so many issues in 6 months.

Service was great. Price was within my range.

I have been coming to this Midas for over 10 years. Freddy is an excellent mechanic to work with. He is the only mechanic I trust with working on my vehicle. He is very professional, very detailed about what is wrong or not wrong with your vehicle. He is honest and he does GREAT work on your car. As long as Freddy is here, you have a customer for life.

The Technician that serviced my car was sympathetic to my needs and was very honest and answered any questions and concerns that I may have had.

The staff is courteous, they explain pricing, it was a good experience, perusal. I am a long time customer, and I have always been pleased with the service. Freddie is the "best"!

Customer service is great but nevertheless my vehicle wasn't a couple days after service, now I have to take my vehicle to the original owner who service the vehicle do to an unexpected signal on my dashboard, not sure if I will continue allowing midas to service my vehicle in the future. Oil change and trouble shooting of service light revealed a known condition of #3 & #4 cylinder rings letting oil by. Want close to 4 thousand to do ring job. No help from Honda so this will be my last Honda that I will ever own outside of my motorcycle.

Unsatisfactory outcome twice, first for an emission repair related service and for air condition service. The mechanic was however accommodating and tried to compensate and make it up to me. Even though mechanical service was under par the customer service was excellent. I will continue to patronize the shop.

Serviced the car for A/C problem, each time dye test was done an paid for twice in less than a year. Each time the Dye Test was negative, but refrigerant kept leaking and I had to return the car a third time, and this time the Dye test revealed a leaking module that was replaced. After strong objection to being charged for a full service again, since it appeared I had been charged twice for a Dye test that was never done, a compromise was reached to pay for labor and not the part replaced.
