Questions that I had were explained to me without a condescending manner and alternative fixes were suggested.

I had to pay an upfront $25 fee to reserve the tires I wanted and after I got home and looked at the invoice, I was charged an extra $14 per tire for a different tire than I paid to reserve. I was never told that they were putting on a more expensive tire and charging me extra. I feel like I was cheated.

Special said oil change and tire rotation was $29.95 but they charged me $96 because of oil grade and attempted to not honor the tire rotation. The manager said he cut me a break because his store did not honor the special.Store was dirty and manager arrogant

I have come to know most of the staff and value their expertise and friendliness. We have all our vehicles serviced there and even have our daughter take her car in for service. Jason has been particularly helpful.

The store opens at 730am. My appt was scheduled for 830am, and the store didn't open until after 9am. After waiting outside, there was only one person working who had to serve as the technician as well as the front desk person. When my car got to the back, the rep tech came to the front to let me know that they did not have the oil filters for my vehicle so he had to order some. Not sure why there was no inventory for a common car such as a Hyundai. After a while, I became extremely frustrated as I saw cars that came after me go before me. The delivery eventually came, my car finally got finished and I asked for some sort of discount due to my inconvenience. I was told that other places also have you waiting 2 plus hours. I explained that I haven't experienced that and I already had to wait outside due to the store not being opened. I asked to speak with the gentleman that I met that morning that stated he was the owner, and I was told that nothing would change. I advised that I could see for myself and was told to have a better day because he was choosing not to say anything since he had nothing nice to say. I didn't take it personally, however, as a customer the exp was terrible.

I think that the shop could use a little love. The bathroom and sitting area needs a touch up. The TV was off and it should maybe had been on.

Price was good. Scheduling was easy and I was serviced right away when I arrived.

I was on the road traveling with family to a concert and had an unexpected emergency with the car. The Manager Rob was very empathetic and helped to ease my mind that he would do his best to solve my mechanical issue and even waited with us until we were able to get in touch with a family member that lived in the area for pick up from the shop as it was closing time. The next morning kept in contact with me through the whole process. I really appreciate the service that was provided. Rob went above and beyond. He is a true MVP!!

The overall professionalism was top level. My car was damaged when it was brought in via tow, however the Midas staff backed me up when getting the tow truck company to become responsible for the necessary repairs. I appreciated that 100%. They have a new customer for life.

Rob was very friendly and attentive to my service and questions I had about upcoming services needed. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.

They called to tell me my car was finished at 5:15, 15 minutes before closing, so I said I'd pick it up in the morning. They opened an hour late in the morning--at 8:30, not 7:30 as their website and hour sign on the door indicated. No apology or explanation for that, though it involved a loss of an hour for me. Then I had to wait 25 minutes for the guy to try to figure out how to work the credit card machine. He never did figure it out. They also trumped up other things I "needed" to fix on my car, including two front tires whose "tread was low," though a Midas shop in GA had just said they were fine a month prior. Bad business practices!

Had radiator w hoses installedNext day notice fluids had been leaking directly under radiator unfortunately the mechanic didn't secure the hoses and clamps. So I had to secure and tighten the them to stop leak. Very disturbing and disgusting.

Professionalism of clerk and detail to service

The technician who performed the oil change damaged by car by using a gun to tighten the bolts on the splashguard under my vehicle. This torqued the bolts and caused them to break, leaving the splashguard to rub against the road. Had to get fixed at another location. The part was hanging on by 2 screws and needed to be ziptied to even get to a service location. What should have been an 80 dollar oil change turned into an almost 300 dollar experience and my only option was to get 30 dollars refunded. No one at the location would own up to their mistakes and claimed the "technicians were top notch and very experienced".
