Very satisfied. They do a great job. We have 5 trucks, 2 trailers and one car. When ever something is wrong and that is often, they take care of the problem.
We like that they take good care of checking other items when they do oil changes

My car had a "No Start", totally dead condition. My problem was diagnosed as a faulty negative battery cable, and an old battery. The battery was replaced and the faulty battery cable was replaced. Car now runs like new.

I find Midas very helpful and approachable if I have a question about something in between routine visits.
They performed multiple services in fairly quick time, and explained the process and discussed potential problems. I was very satisfied by the p rice being so near what was quoted for all of the work. I will keep this Midas as me go to mechanics for most things.
They never pressure you into any service that yourcar may need. Always give you a choice if your car doesn't need it done right away. I can always schedule later.
Carissa at the front desk went way above and beyond to locate a specific tire. She got me in quickly and worked with my crazy schedule. Todd, the manager, has always been super friendly and is extremely knowledgable when it come to my cars and made sure everything was exactly what I wanted and needed. Todd and his employees at this location have always gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. They are friendly and trustworthy. I know when they say something needs to be done on my vehicles, I can trust it needs to be done. Their great service is why I drive half an hour from my house, past multiple other shops, to have my vehicles taken care of.
This is the second time I came to Midas, after being told gy a Toyota dealership, a price for maintenance work, that seemed outlandish. The first, was a pronouncement, that my brake pads were worn thin, and would cost almost 1000 dollars to replace. I came to midas for a free brakes check, and they found the brake pads still had a significant layer, and would need replacement sometime in the future, but it was not "Critical" as the dealership advised. Odd coincidence - I got a 20% Off coupon for brakes work, in the mail a few days after my dealer visit. (Odd timing) I dislike being scammed, and got real value from delaying the work, and had it done there at Midas a few months later, where, instead of $1000 - 20%, it was less than 300 for complete work and changing brake fluid, etc. I decided then, that I would always get a "Second opinion" about advice from a Toyota dealer, by reviewing with Midas. I practiced medicine for 35 years, and KNOW the value of a second opinion by a trusted source. Thank you for being there. I knew this decision was correct, AGAIN.

I have had a few oil changes for both of our cars but last Monday I had a appointment for 1:00 pm arrived before one and my jeep was not taken in the garage to start until 1:45 It was done at 2:22 and when asked was told got it in as soon as we could

Took my trailer in to have the brakes checked because one of the tires wore down in the middle on our trip down and back from Florida. They checked the brakes as well as looking at all of the tires and recommended all new tires. All tires were installed
