They were open, transparent, and honest. My husband and I felt well advised in the repairs needed.

This location was showed me all the pictures taken during the inspection process, was clear about what was needed, honest about only the rear brakes needing to be done which the dealer had said both needed to be done during a visit 7 months ago. Additionally, when I asked about a separate topic mentioned by the dealer, the team made it clear they saw nothing like that and was willing to show me if needed. I will definitely be back. I feel this place was trustworthy and did not attempt to take advantage of me.

Booked an appointment online the night prior. Upon arrival they got my car in for inspection within minutes. Was informed of problems and they gave me recommendations. Prices were quoted and I was kept informed during the entire process. Car was finished at estimated time given at the start after inspection. Professional, friendly service. Very satisfied!

Jeff and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes as a woman who knows little about cars it can feel like I’m being taken advantage of or spoken to with little regard at auto shops. My experience here couldn’t be further from that. Amazing staff and location.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, didn't try to upsell me anything. My car has 208,000 miles, I was bracing for a full muffler replacement. They were able to repair it in under 2 hours.

I’ve been to this location twice since they opened. Their service, communication was very professional and the technicians knowledgeable about the service needed. I can tell by the way my car drives that the repairs were done correctly and the issues resolved.

Overall it very good. Just there is a $9.4 shop supply fee I don’t know where it comes from, but I paid anyway. I feel a little expensive to change the valve because it is required to change the sensor as well.

I received texts with pictures from the mechanic, Rusty, to prepare for the conversation he said he'd be having with me shortly via phone. Once on call he walked me through everything he saw on the pics and then told me the solution letting me know I didn't need new brakes but likely in another year based on my amount of driving. He said he saw the grating caused by worn down pads so couldn't promise the screeching noise would dissipate but he'd lube and replace what he could. Not only was the cost very low but the noise was also gone. Great experience. I felt like I'd had an appointment with my physician!

The service was fine. Strangely, the local dealership price for the same service is cheaper. Not sure why I would pay more for Midas when the dealership is better priced.

I suggest not charging 75 dollars for a 20 minute oil change. I highly suggest better communication and not assuming the employees know more about auto care than the customer. Employee got upset when I said I didn’t want an extra service done. He tried charging me for something I didn’t ask for. And then got upset when I said i didn’t want it done. The techs put trash in my glove department and my glove department contents on the grand. Oily fingers prints on my glove box. There’s no way they didn’t see the streaks across the whole compartment door.

Was quoted a price of $889. Someone called me on the day that it was supposed to be finished to tell me that something broke on their end and that it would be fixed at no cost, but I would not be able to get my car until the next day after the part arrived. Once I received a call saying that my car was finished I showed up and the price has changed to $1300. I was confused as to what happened and apparently some thing else broke on their end and they tried to charge me for something that had nothing to do with me. It wasn’t giving a problem before I got it fixed and I was quite unsure as to why I was being charged for something that broke on their time but my dime. Not only was my car supposed to be done three days prior, but it wasn’t even done on the second day that they gave me and then because they broke something you tried to charge me for it? Someone should have called me the day of and told me that there was a price change or confirmed that they could actually fix it before trying to charge me for some thing I was completely unaware of.

Timely appointments and polite staff

I was down to 1% on my oil gage and I called in the morning and they got me right in that day for a complete oil change! I like the fact that they rotate my tires too! I will always go to Midas.
