When someone comes in, you need to do the work that they have asked you to do and don’t try to make up other issues that could be wrong with a vehicle when it is not true. I took my vehicle to another mechanic who told me that your quote was bull. Maybe another sucker will spend $2500.
Regis went above and beyond for this. An uber/lyft wasn't available so he took the time to bring us to our hotel as well as pick us up. Service was done sooner than expected. Great service. Great attitude and great music! Thank you guys!

Regis and Nick explained everything to me completely, and were honest and apologetic when they realized the wrong parts had either been dropped off or ordered which resulted in them having to keep our Mazda until Monday afternoon instead of having it completed Saturday.

Manager Regis and associate Joshua went above and beyond to help me with my tire patch issue. I’m sure my problem was so common for them, however I needed to travel with the car and it was very close to closing time. I was super worried and stressed and these gentleman took great care of me and my tire issue. Thank you again Regis and Joshua, the patch held up beautifully and we made it home. See you next time :)
They told me that my low tire was ruined and that I HAD to buy a new one but they didn’t have any that size. Took it straight to a different tire shop and they fixed it with no problem and put it back on my truck. Said tire has a lot of life left no need to replace
I tried twice to schedule an appointment on line using my phone and neither time did the scheduling complete. Received a message saying I would be contacted to confirm and I’m still waiting for a confirmation.
They were quick and efficient with fixing my muffler, and very polite about everything. I really do appreciate the professionalism that they had.

Overall experience was great. People were friendly, easy to talk to, and straightforward. I will say, I plan to come back in the near future. The only “issue” I had was that the interactions I had felt rushed and rather incomplete so to speak. I was told I needed new parts but none were listed on the alignment sheet and as someone who has done alignments with a similar program, it’s very simple to type in a few comments so that way I am positive about what parts I will need. Other than that, overall great experience. Would recommend to others

Inflated prices, problem not even addressed. I was given a laundry list it needs totaling over $6,000 and no options were given as far as priority or what I should do first. The original problem I brought my vehicle in for was not even diagnosed correctly or quoted.

The visit was an unplanned event due to finding a nail in my tire. Shop was due to close in a couple hours and I was taken in and serviced in a reasonable amount of time.Cost was higher than planned but it was an emergency situation.
The worked performed was done adequately the mechanic was knowledgeable and friendly the sales associate was friendly but I feel that I was taking advantage of the parts I believe were priced slightly higher than they should have been and the labor was outrageous absolutely unacceptable
The courtesy, knowledge, installation and inspection was quick. They got me in and out and offered me good service advice. The store manager was very informative advising me to do a follow-up, if things were not working properly. My experience with Midas was "AWESOME". I have never been at a car mechanic or shop wherein a mechanic sat down with me and explained everything without putting pressure on me to make a purchase or have anything done. It was SO nice to have someone to be honest and explain the services and situation. I’m so extremely grateful that the mechanic took the time to explain, on top of his friendly attitude!

The store manager Brant was highly unprofessional. I had an issue that I noticed once the work was completed and I received my car back. There were several error lights lit on the dashboard. They were not present and not lit before bringing the car to Midas.

What's worse? An $100 increase to the estimate in 1 week using exact same muffler part. Or trying to get $1900 for a $30 repair --- doesn't need a new muffler * full catalytic converter * pipe. Just replace 2 clamps.
