Time for repairs and expected results and improved performance were exactly as estimated.
I was a walk in customer. Even though it was fairly busy I was able to get a complete set of tires and an oil change at that time. The person at the desk provided me with excellent care and knowledge for what I needed and wanted. I don’t feel like I’m getting a run around or being taken advantage of especially for a female senior citizen. I live at a senior complex and will recommend Midas for everyone.

I felt I received a good price for the work done to my vehicle. The associate also walked me through each Item and price listed on my bill which made me more confident that I was receiving a fair price. Lastly, I received a text with the inspection results of my vehicle, it included pictures and quality ratings regarding each part of my vehicle.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the customer service. Every employee that walked in spoke and was very friendly. There was no hassle with using my coupon. Service was great and employee wasn't pushy about upsales. I also like the fact that tire rotation comes with an oil change.

I specifically asked for my exhaust to be looked at. I wasn't brought out to discuss options or an actual quote for repair. My vehicle was just pulled out and I was told there was a small leak in the exhaust after it took me asking about it being looked at. They pulled it back in to actually diagnose the issue. And I wasn't happy because I wanted that looked at when it was in got that oil change. I've had a lot of work done at that location, but I didn't like an issue that I asked about to be taken lightly. The manager needs to communicate clearly with the customers. He specifically up sold me the full synthetic. My vehicle does not call for full synthetic. I specifically told him this. He then told me he has an$30.00 coupon on the $74.99 oil change. So I said fine go ahead. When he checked me out he didn’t explain the total at all never showed me an itemized bill. He folded up the receipt and gave it to me. When I looked at the receipt there was no $30.00 coupon applied. When I went back in and asked him about it he said that I had to find the coupon online. I told him that’s not what you told me and of it was so why didn’t he ask me for the coupon at check out. He said it was my responsibility and shrugged me off as if there is nothing that could be done about it. I feel like I had $30.00 stolen from me and it was done with a smug grin too. Not at all happy.

Was greeted quickly upon arrival. Vehicle was assessed quickly and service begun shortly after. Every step was explained thoroughly. Service tech took time to show work needed. Everything was handled cordially, professionally and expeditionally.
