Better customer service. Ashley made me wait to accept my keys for a scheduled appointment. They were not that busy. She was rude when she took my keys. She was even more rude on the phone when she called about my vehicle. First impression was terrible and I will never use or recommend that shop because of her
No highly likely to return. Up front with what was going on with car. Didn't try to just state prob for them to fix but pointed out what was not done and what could do. Working with me for other things, taking in consideration already been thru alot, paid out more than probably what was needed.

I have been taking my vehicles to this particular Midas location for well over a decade. The service I receive from the Manager Roger Mills is ALWAYS Top Notch. In this latest visit, I was having front brake pads and rotors installed. I called and told Roger I would be there shortly and Roger replied, "We are swamped but, let me see what I can do to help you out." I left this location with my new brakes within an hour and a half. I now live about 3 hours from this Midas location. I wish I had a Roger and Midas location close to my new home. Roger is the best Manager of an auto repair facility that I have ever experienced. Roger is always cool and collected and treats every customer like they are the most important customer ever. There is not enough space here to write the praises that Roger deserves. GREAT MAN!

I feel confident when i leave that my work vehicle after each service wont let me down broke down on the side if the road as i drive my car for work as iam a traveling hospice nurse.

While my vehicle was being worked on my convertor was stolen off my car. The team here was more than helpful with getting it replaced and not making it more of a hassle for me.

My daughter had blown out a tire on I-75 on Friday evening. Saturday morning I arrived at Midas and they were able to look everything over and informed me that they had two tires in stock and would be able to complete the tire change that day. I was very excited that they were able to complete the efforts well ahead of schedule (early afternoon) and I was able to get my daughter back on her way. Thank you!
