Shouldn’t take 7 hrs to find out what’s wrong when I had a 11 am appointment plus this was for a handicap accessible van and I’m in a wheelchair
If I have an appointment at 10:00 am, I expect to have someone working on my car at 10 because that’s when I made the appointment.
Great service, they spent an hour trying to find the source of my antifreeze being low, did not find any leak filled my reservoir and never charged me a dime. The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful. A
You can fix this problem when I come up there tomorrow Monday morning at 8am because this has all been inconvenient for me and my family. I haven’t been able to drive my vehicle since I left there on Saturday because my don’t work and I don’t feel safe driving myself or my family in it.
Service was acceptable and good, but not exceptional or above and beyond. Associates were chill and friendly, and I enjoyed having conversations with them. I don't visit shops often as I do most of my own maintenance, therefore I answered that I might not return/return often.
They went into clear details on possible issues the van could have been having. As well as a detailed plan on how to fix.
The price to replace the resonator was higher than any garage in the area. By the time I figured that out it was too late and the service was completed. I got ripped off. Shame on me for letting that happen. I will never return again.
They did the work well. They were very knowledgable. They were very friendly. There was a bathroom close by to use. The waiting room was clean and had comfortable seats.

The people are amazing! You’re lucky to have them. While the team fixed what we thought was the problem, my care wasn’t back to normal driving conditions. Turns out, there was another problem that needed addressed. I’m glad I took it back for a second look. The problem was pretty serious. I’m just grateful they found it before a failure occurred.
Told it was $1300. Manager gave me a discount. The aftermarket parts were price higher than OEM . They sell at O'Reilly's for $97.00. was charged $229. Each. OEM one are cheaper. Plus want tires rotated and have some ones one front as I know from the scratch on wheel that was there. Plus $390. To install parts as it's 4 bolts . Took him 30 mins . I watched very unhappy.

I was not charged for the inspection. Since tire was under warranty at competitor I chose to get car back to them for free replacement. Extremely satisfied with professionalism of customer service rep and the service provided.
Charged way to much for part
The associate was friendly, but seemed more interested in upselling than listening to my issue and resolving it. I mentioned I had issues with heat, and that was brushed off, despite heating / cooling being a service you offered. He set me up for the flush I asked for (as I thought it would help with heat, and it did not) but I was brushed off as I mentioned it was for an issue with heat. the associate then proceeded to upsell me on an oil change with no mention of the heat issue and only mentioning the coolant flush as a confirmation. I hope this location can do better to listen to the customer in the future, but even with being satisfied with the work, I am so dissatisfied with the associate's sales tactics I will not return.

Everything was explained to me with plenty detail and broken down correctly. Got an inspection and didn’t have to pay for it.
Mike worked on my 1955 custom Chevrolet. He was able to work around the problems that popped up even thou the car had been modified in many ways. the price ended up twice what I was quoted but I do not mind as long as the work was done well. I was called each time a problem came up and informed what had to be done. The end results turned better than expected so I have no problem with the extra cost.
It didn’t take long for the inspection
Was rather shocked they were willing to take on the task of repairing my truck, the price was a bit of a major shock, but I know it had to be done, because the moron I got my truck from obviously did not care .
I was told about somethings my car needed and how much it would cost to have it repaired. I like the fact that they checked everything on my car to make sure it is working properly, however when I got in my car to leave the glove compartment was on the floor and everything in it was too. Someone came out and put it back in.
My wife's car had a nail in the tire and it was repaired within 30 minutes. My wife waited for the car to be finished. She is an amputee and all of the staff were great to her. The front desk gentleman opened and held the door for us to get my wife inside and the rest of the staff was friendly and personable. I had these tires installed at this same Midas about a month ago and was impressed with the service then, as well.

I wanted uber inspection, I showed guy my window up front, and said if I can't get it passed then don't do it , they took my car and keep 2 minutes, failed my uber inspection, I want my money back !!
It would have been a perfect visit having things done however the man scratch my car getting in and out of it and I'm not happy about the scratch that's more money out of my pocket.
I went to one location on a Friday. Waited all day for my car to be evaluated only to find out it wasn’t and the manager really had no intention of calling on my warranty. Horrible attitude about my warranty. Go to another location on a Saturday, again waited all day for no communication between Midas and warranty company. Discussed that I would be back Monday morning for the same thing to have them secure payment from the warranty company for the parts needed that are covered. Walked in Monday with the same manager acting like he didn’t remember me and then tells me he told me only a dealership could do my job. Like I had whiplash since this is not at all his this went down. So you lost $1100 + job that got paid for the same day by the warranty company because the managers refused to just make the call.

The owner and Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, explain all my options very thoroughly, then went right to work getting my car taken care of. Before you know it the job was all done and had recommendations for a few things that I should get done, I just didn't have the time to get it done as I couldn't drop it off and leave it there I need it for work the next day but will be back to get the service done that was recommended. Overall a very good experience, will recommend and be back again.
Ryan explained everything in great detailed and allowed me to ask questions to make sure I understood what was the issue with my vehicle. He gave me eye contact while speaking with me and that spoke volumes to me. I will be back just on his presentation alone.

The wait time was short. I wasn't expecting the service I got. I wanted to find out where an oil leak was coming from and got a complete car inspection. They gave me a printout of what was inspected, what needed to be done when I reach a certain millage. I also found out where the leak was coming from and I am going back to Midas to have it fixed in a few days. The manager Ryan Wiseley on Miller Rd in Flint, MI was great. He explained and showed me what was going on with my car. I went to the other shop but would have to wait 3-4 hours just to get my car checked. That was a blessing because I went over to Midas and got great service.

My car was not the cleanest ride to begin with as it still has debris from the fall leaves that needs vacuuming and possibly some detailing around the dash and cup holders. The worker left a smeared mess on the driver's side door (I think it could have been mud maybe something brown in color) and I had a pink steering wheel cover that was also dirty.
Work was done much quicker than I anticipated. Car was fixed properly.

Completely the job in a timely manner . Plus when someone buys news tires make sure the tires are all the way aired up . Don't make up lies to customers (me) saying the tires would air up on their own to right pressure by driving on them. Customer shouldn’t have to hold your hands to replace tires to get the job done right and a timely matter . Plus it’s not a good thing to sell brand new tires that the customer has to go put air in after leaving the Midas store where you just purchased nee tires.

I spoke over the phone many times to explain the issue wit the vehicle. Partly because people kept calling me without knowing why I brought it in. This was not because there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, the issue was clear to see, but because they had the wrong paper work in front of them. This oddly happened several times.I finally got a quote to fix the issue after a few days. I pick up the vehicle and the issue was not resolved in any way. I test drove with an employee and they agreed. They said fixing that would be "easy". Just not easy enough to fix the first time I guess. Costing me hundreds of dollars. Took vehicle elsewhere for the "easy" fix.
This location charged me 129.99 an hour for Labor which is outrageous and on top of that they charged me for an extra hour. When I asked about it he did very well at confusing me so that I could not understand. I won't be returning😠
