Great service and on time
I had back brakes that were guaranteed for life and I had to inform the person in charge. The person I used to deal with brought it to my attention and I had to pay for labor only $166.00 this time with oil change I paid $450+ I will never go back.
Midas used to be reasonably priced. I would have had other work done also but can’t justify the quote , $1500 for shocks & struts ? That seems expensive for a 20 yr old Pontiac G P.

They had an issue getting my filter. The filter didn't show up because the auto parts placed didn't have a driver. But they made it right in the end because they made me wait so long

You could do quality work for a decent price my exhaust fell apart two days after leaving your shop after they charged me an insane amount of money to fix it the. Tried to double charge me to fix it again
When Bob was there it was a honest service now there' overcharging for parts like 794$ for ball joint and control arm charging me for flushing brake system when this is done when they bleed brakes and 9 hours of service when it wasn't there 9 hours plus car after there repair was not able to use

I love the enhanced technology. I got a text with pictures and notes and was able to review everything as I was talking with the team over the phone. We walked through all that needed to be done and what was necessary and what could wait. Super accommodating to my needs and budget. Everyone there is super friendly as well.

Returned my truck after service because it had a radiator leak after a flush. They did not take any responsibility for this and showed no interest on fixing it.
Upon scheduling my appointment, I must have misheard the gentleman I was speaking with on the phone, I thought I had scheduled the appointment for the same day at 2. When I arrived at the location I was informed that my appointment was set for 2 the next day. The man helping me took a quick look in the shop and told me he could make the exception and get me in right then, which was highly appreciated on my end.
The staff were very clear on their communication and explained the issues and pricing thoroughly. The service was quick and completed when they said that it would be. Everyone was very friendly.

I had a minor problem this time--it's never happened to me with this location before. I used the Midas "make an appointment on line" this time and I did not receive a confirmation. I did a follow-up call to confirm my appointment. It did not affect my service while there nor would it keep me from returning to this location for services in the future. This is just an FYI for other customers who might have a problem with this. We are long time customers with this location because of the 2 previous owners--we have been customers for nearly 30 years!!!
I waited on my car during the appointment and it took over an hour and a half. This was the first time at the location, so I should've anticipated it taking longer, due to the inspection they did. Overall it was very thorough though, and I had my car have a tire rotation and oil change.

Brought car in for suspension issue. Had them do inspection. They found much more. Gave me an estimate. It is a very old car, they had issues with it. Took extra time. They did not charge any extra!!!!! Got everything fixed. Could not be any happier. Employees went above and beyond!!!!
Brought vehicle in for a scheduled oil change. Hour later had to return with my vehicle on a tow truck. Oil filter fell off, vehicle had no oil remaining in engine. I now have to get my motor replaced and will not have my vehicle for an extended period of time. I have to return this upcoming week to figure out a rental car set up and also figure out when Midas will be able to purchase and replace the motor they destroyed
I brought my vehicle in and explained a problem with loud squealing coming from the front passenger side brake area. 5 hours later, not having heard from Midas, I called for a status update and was informed that the squealing wasn't coming from the front at all, but rather from the rear (I was positive that it was front passenger, so I asked a couple of times if they were SURE). I was told that it can sometimes sound like it's coming from the front when it's actually rear-based. I was then informed that the car needed $1000+ in rear-end repairs. I arrived and paid for the repairs. As I stood outside waiting for the service technician to return from the final test drive, I could hear the same loud squealing all the way as he pulled into the parking lot. It was clearly coming from the passenger front, as I originally stated. Technician stated that he had no idea why or how this happened since he "was handed this repair job halfway through being done." I was told to come back this week and they will "see what they can do". I will be there on Thursday am. I am beside myself. This was botched really badly and I am watching closely for how this will be handled. I feel duped. Not good.

When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, it had two dashboard lights on. When I powered it up to leave the shop, there were 4. The disposable floor covering was left in my vehicle as well. Unsure what happened to all the old employees and manager but I miss how this place used to be. I feel like it got more expensive
