I was helped by a man named Nick. He was incredibly efficient and explained exactly what happened to my car to cause the noise I was hearing.He then explained how he fixed it and showed me some images to show what it actually looks like so I didn’t have to get under the hood, etc.There was no pressure to do more. He mentioned that he could replace all (the ones that weren’t broken yet) but I’d have to pay more that day. In a positive way, he foreshadowed it may happen again to the other bolts and if/when I do hear that odd noise, bring it back in.I paid, shook his hand and left within an hour.

You did not fix the problem that was initially brought up at check in. You sold me tires that I did not need. You told me the problem was fixed but you actually made the problem worse. You sent me out of your shop worse off than I came in.

when I went to pickup my sequoia the battery was dead so an employee tried to jump it but he hooked the cables up wrong and blew a bunch of fuses. he killed my ignition system fuses it took 3 days to correct all the issues. In the end the tech was able to fix everything. my muffler was warranted and they didn't charge me for any of the services received.sequoia has been running good ever since.

Unable to find and repair problem

I stopped at this Midas location in need of help with my vehicle that had an overheating engine and no heat (on an extremely cold day). I did not have an appointment but Lewi and team were extremely helpful. They diagnosed the issue and helped me out with a coolant flush almost immediately. It was a huge relief in a stressful situation as I am from out of town and was traveling back home with my family. I really appreciate Lewi and team’s help.

Came in with an almost dead battery and they were able to replace it with no issues at close to closing time.

They did a good job of taking care of the scheduling issue and was able to get my vehicle done in the time it was supposed to have been scheduled.

I was very happy with service

The manager (Mr. Tone) and his assigned technician were very honest and did not try to sell me on additional components that I did not need. Also, after repairs, the technician test drove my car to confirm the fix. I found this Midas service franchise to be reliable and trustworthy, and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I was very impressed with how quickly my vehicle was taken in and completed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, I liked that I got pictures of the inspection.

Inspection was quick and very reasonable price

Quit smoking crack and lower the prices. Midas quoted me $226.99 for the front hub assembly and $154.99 labor for a total of $381.98 pre tax for the job. They also quoted me $370.98 for power steering hoses and $280.99 for labor for a total of $651.97 pre tax. Total otd $1106.93.I just had the wheel bearing assembly replaced at another repair shop and they charged me $128 for the hub assembly and $100 for labor and supplies for a grand total of $236.28 otd.Kool Chevrolet quoted me $197.84 for both power steering hoses and will be replacing them next week. They also stated roughly 2hrs labor at $95hr for a total of $190 give or take a few for a grand total of roughly $390/$400. So for both repairs its going to cost me roughly $630. For a difference of $476.93 less than midas. I've come to midas numerous times because they were fair with their prices and did quality jobs. But if a dealership is cheaper something is wrong with the management.

Was not given an estimate for when the repairs would be completed. It was done the same day which was really good, but until the phone call I wasn’t sure if it would be done that day.

I was not informed until checkout that the store I was at did not accept checks! There is no notification of this at the location I was at. I prefer to use a check when the dollar amount is over $500. Why am I not allowed this choice?

The amount for the job was the same that I was given when I took my vehicle in for an oil change two weeks ago. There was no $20 off service +100 printed anywhere on the estimate. I informed the clerk/Tavin know that no coupon +100 was applied. I was not happy.

Those guys are crooks and they don't know how to do there cost me 55 dollars to make my truck shake and they told me I needed a lot of work done to my truck after two more shops looked at it they said the guys at midas are ripping me off I'll never come back there

Awesome to find I was under warranty, even 2 1/2 years later. They got me a next day appt, and decried the muffler in just a few hours, it was done the same day! Very pleased, and grateful to the professional staff.

Technician seemed not at all trained to understand why the car will drag to left . They ask customer what customer wants as if customer is a technician . They performed $120 of work stating issue is fixed which was never true . I came to the store with left drag on the car and left with the same problem . Does not seems the technicians has any idea what they were doing . If a big chain like Midas cant figure out the issue I think there is big challenge . Arguing and saying we refuse to serve does not make sense . If you have already charged me full price for some thing which did not fix any thing .One technician told me he will call me for refund but never got call . It seemed once money is charged to customer he can be refused to listen then lied that he will get called for refund . Please explain why should i come to your store . Highly dissatisfied

Service people spent way to much time talking about what 2 eat for lunch when I knew may inspection estimate was on the desk waiting to be written up for me but Lunch and upcoming company party were more important

I was told it didn't need an alignment but they balanced. I drove home and it kept pulling to the eight. There's no way it couldn't need an alignment.

Called in advance for tires. They had them in stock. After my new tires were in place I went to leave and my caliper froze up. They quickly called to get new ones and then changed out my brakes, rosters and calipers for me before they closed for the day. I don’t reside in Grand Rapids and they understood the distance I had to drive and needed my vehicle in order to get home. Very polite young men and professional.
