I’ve use this Midas in Jackson MI exclusively for my vehicle maintenance ever since I’ve moved back to Michigan. I have no intention. Of changing this behavior any time soon. The only negative feedback I have is I was told my veteran’s discount was used but it wasn’t. I reminded them I was veteran and showed my credentials but I was ignored. Anyway this is a minor frustration and most likely a training issue at the store. Thanks.

Midas quickly got me out of a tight spot ... trashed exhaust system week before Christmas!! Brian Berry got my Flex in immediately with no prior notice. He was friendly, helpful, researched the parts fast and procured them even faster! Joshua got right at fixing the problems and did a GREAT job troubleshooting. I came to Midas with the expectation of being able to get a free oil change with a toy drop off because that is what was posted I had to pay $9.99 for my oil change then when I got here they had my oil drained out of my car and took my oil filter off and I had to wait almost a half an hour for them to go get an oil filter for my car

I had a coupon for 25 but ended up paying a whole extra 15 ...taxes are 6 percent which is 2 bucks so why an extra 1/2 quart plus "fees" of oil cost me 13 is ridiculous and then my coupon said tire rotation I have had my tires 4 yrs it makes no sense to say I don't need them rotated when my car is 2 wheel drive so my front tires most definitely should of been moved to the back. I think the tech was just being lazy saying I don't need them rotated yet. After 4 yrs I find that hard to believe.
The issue I had was I was charged for one hour of labor at 140.00 per hour and the time actually spent on the repair could not have been more than 30 minutes.
I recieved a text explaining my Overall inspection. Before they were completed. I was ok with the results. Until they came to tell me my oil filter was stuck inside my car. If that truly was the case why not say that in the inspection. #2 why say my oil change was completed when in fact they had not finished. HMMM YOU ASK WHY I AM NOT 100 % satisfied!
Took vehicle to Dealer for ball joint replacement, took a week to get repairs made. Was told brake fluid needed to be flushed and they were afraid that the bleeder valves would break off since the vehicle was so OLD. Midas inspected the valves and had NO PROBLEM loosening them!
The entire process was simple easy and I didn't have to wait long.

Your muffer prices are way out of line, 300.99 for a muffer, I check walker online, found one for 90.00 dollars on their website.No way I would pay 300.99 for a muffer.I will find one one else, or I will put it in on my own.Don't believe I will ever go to MidasAgain.

Bought new tires from Midas. I’m the way home, the church tire pressure light popped on. Next morning, 3 out of 4 of these new tires were flat. Had to call AAA to air them back up and take it back to a different Midas to fix leaky valve stems.

I have a work truck that takes a beating and its never in tip-top condition so when I need to just put some tires on my truck and get an alignment done that's all I'm looking for. I have done almost all the repairs on my truck myself and I don't like being hassled about what doesn't look up to par because I'm well aware of what needs to be done. Midas got the job done and never once tried to hassle me or give me some run down on the damage as if I don't know my vehicle. I was completely dissatisfied with the tire shop I visited in the past for numerous reasons, and now I've found a tire shop I can depend on-Midas.

Oil change process is pouring oil in random container at one location and then dumping oil in the car. Not Professional at all. Bare minimum inspection not even check the tire pressure. Despite looking at the coupon from Midas this lady was adding extra $6 above coupon price and when asked for clarification with sarcastic laugh she changed the price. Not willing to go at this location for oil change for sure.

I brought my Lincoln Navigator in for a headlight bulb replacement they are very expensive expensive as the part itself is $220. They found it was a different problem that only costs me $35.. You wouldn't think this is impressive but it is most places would still charge you what you thought you were going to pay. I am impressed that there are still honest people in this world. Brakes started making a horrible sound and I *needed* to drive the next day. They were able to get me in for a last minute appointment when I couldn't get in to my usual mechanic immediately, found the problem (parking brake was dragging), and repaired it for minimal cost. Found an issue that I suspect the other mechanic missed when I took it in for a brake inspection over there - a small, weird, ticking noise that the other mechanic couldn't find the source of disappeared after the parking brake repair.Would absolutely go to this location again.
