I have a brother that's physically disabled while struggling to get outside the car one of your employees made it a point to make sure that he's held door open that says a lot to me about customer service.

Brian the manager answered the phone and was very polite. He was able to fit me in day of and I had a tow truck drop off my vehicle. He communicated prices and they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. My husband and I normally do all our vehicle work ourselves, but in the case we can't I will be back!

I got same day service with no appointments. The guys working, especially brian, were extremely helpful. The process was extremely smooth and had great service.

Free tire was told it was done but report by mechanic shows brakes not inspected because wheels not removed. When I call regarding this was told tires were rotated. But I have a report showing wheel not removed????

Don’t send cars back that have more problems than when they were dropped off. You guys screwed up my car and wasted my time and charged me for damaging my car. It is worse off than before I took it in. I regret choosing Midas and never will again

Paul was very helpful, polite and clearly knowledgeable as he explained the answers to my questions. The mechanics that test drove and inspected my truck actually took me out into the garage and showed me exactly what I needed to replace/fix. I am very pleased that they did that. No other mechanic I've ever worked with has ever done that. It's reassuring to see it myself and not have to just trust their word that something is wrong and NEEDS fixed. They definitely aren't just trying to get as much money out of me as they can. I will absolutely 100% be doing all my future vehicle maintenance with Paul and his crew on Gull Road!

I was very pleased with the outcome of the entire inspection of the vehicle. Whenever I was taking it to the dealership, they'd find a zillion things wrong with the car and want me to get them all fixed at an outrageous price quote, simply ridiculous!

I made an appointment for a tire replacement and an oil change and all that was done in three and a half hours was the oil change. The tire replacement was not addressed but was “discussed” when I picked up the car. I fully made the online appointment expecting a tire replacement/repair and they completely ignored that part of the service. Now I need to get in somewhere else before the end of the week to actually get a tire replaced.

Told my front brakes were good and didn’t need to be repaired, but as soon as I drove off they started making a noise. No where near as bad as the rear were, but still were not good like I was told.

I asked for a quote for the work I needed done, and he never told me that there was a charge for it until I was actually there and ready to have it done. He could have mentioned it upfront on the phone, that could have made a difference. Then I was never shown the written estimate, only told an approximate price, not the total. And the time it took exceeded his verbal estimate to get the work done by 3 hours, which totally screwed up the rest of my plans for the remainder of the day. They ordered the wrong parts and it took longer to fix. And when the final bill came it was quite a bit more than he said it would be, which totally ticked me off!!

My Buick Encore was in need of emergency service. A gentleman in the Meijer parking lock recommended Midas Auto Service just a 1/4 of a mile down the road from Meijer. It was at the end of the work day, Paul wrote up the repair order and I left for home. Not an hour later, Paul called to report on his findings. I was not available to take his called but did stop by the next morning to receive a full report on the needed repairs. Once the repairs began additional problems became apparent which I was kept abreast off. I do appreciate the thoroughness given to the service provided. I will definitely return to Midas for future service to my vehicle. Thank you

Brakes got locked on. They fit me right in and had my brakes replaced in 4 hours without an appointment.
