I have no problem with companies making money on a service. However $1400 for brakes and rotors is OUTRAGEOUS. We where quoted 2 hours per axle for brakes and rotors. I did it myself in a garage with a hand jack and tire iron in less than that for the whole car. Secondly the driver side was MISSING. A caliper bolt. So either 1. The technician missed it during the inspection. Or 2. Failed to note it letting a mom with 2 kids drive out without knowing it.

Cost a little more than quoted and took a little longer than expected.

James understood my issue with my vehicle and explained to me the process necessary to remedy the issue. He was honest with the price and honest with the amount of time it would take

I noticed after leaving that they did not refill my wiper fluid, which was part of the services requested and paid for by my corporate fleet company.

I made an appointment to have my exhaust system inspected, brought my car in, it was inspected and I was given a price for a complete exhaust system replacement. I was then informed the inspection was $35! This was never communicated to me prior to this time either when I called or when I arrived. Pretty shady business practice if you ask me, which is why I will not be doing any future business with Midas. On top of that, a good part of the inspection was of my brakes,tires, and suspension which I just had done at the dealership for free with my oil change!!! Overall, not a good experience.

I was notified that my Jeep had multiple issues and i shouldn’t leave the location as the vehicle sits. I was not furnished the brake pads that they claimed were wearing fast? Not sure how the vehicle has breaks that were out quicker than another one? I asked them to furnish the brake pads once I came back, but they said they threw them out. The labor rates were more than the parts. I’ve already reached out to social media in the Lake Orion area to notify people not to use mitis Lake Orion.

Buying an older car you expect some repair bills. The struts replaced in the car ride significantly better. Resonator was rotted out and that was replaced as well.

Went in for oil change and the guy made me take the cap off myself. Didn?t tell me tire rotation was 35$. The guy at the desk is super rude. Taking business somewhere else

This Midas has changed and not for the better. Took a vehicle in and they said it just needed brakes and tires. However after they did the work and we went to pick up the vehicle then they told us there was front end work needed that would ruin the tired.

We had an appointment. Upon arrival we were told you were running more than an hour behind. We opted to come back as thankfully our schedule allowed us to this day. Tires weren't rotated. They always used to be with an oil change. No one even offered.

I'm still disappointed that the serpentine belt which is the third one still squeals when cold. Belt tensioner didn't seem to do much at all. Overall I have over $750 invested in this repair and from what I can gather I got a squeaky the serpentine belt out of it.

midas in lake orion is honest and fair. they have serviced 7 of my cars and always do a good job, unlike dealerships that charge ridiculous prices!

Had the brakes replaced; then there was a noise from the rear brakes. Turns out there was something rubbing against the brake rotor on the right rear. Midas fixed it free of charge.

Based on past good experiences with this store I went to have a flex flange repaired. The prie was $600 * saying that he had to replace the catalytic converter to do the fix. I found a flex flange online for $36 bucks. I contacted him again to install ju
