There was not a clear explanation for what the shuttle service radius was. I had to pay when I thought it was free.

They got me in right away ,explained the work needed and performed the work in a timely manner.

Service very good, price way to high.

I was very disappointed in my experience at Midas. I was told that I would need brakes, new tie rods and control arm bushings in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. I took one look at my brakes and realized that I was so close to being bamboozled. My brakes are more than adequate for the foreseeable future. I will no longer be using Midas' service.

The level of customer service was awesome at this location. The team truly made me feel valued.

They were busy and had to wait an hour before they could look at it. was cautious that it was not a installation problem and did not feel sorry that the filter was damaged when installed. The tech filled me in on what the problem was. I understand that it was a loss and inconvenient for the shop but it was oil on my driveway and 2hrs of my time too. I am happy though and have no complaints and would return.

I have two cars that needed an oil change and they let me bring them in back to back the same day as well as a good discount on both oil changes.

The power was out everywhere in my neighborhood and my brakes were so bad I could not wait another day. I called the Livonia store and Manny answered the call. He reassured me they could help! He even went to pick up a part to get my vehicle secure and back on the road in a timely manner!

I have been coming to this midas for over 20 years and have always had great service. The office team has changed and I miss Mike, but Manny and Sera were very nice and helpful.

Problem was quickly diagnosed, the solution was very clearly communicated and the repair time was exactly as stated. Honest and caring associates!

Receptionist knew her job, clear at communication, friendly on phone and in person. She made me aware of the process on inspection and positive interaction with mechanics plus friendly first name basis with other clients.

Same day service

Called in the early morning having brake issues. They told me to bring it in immediately and they would take care of me. My vehicle was placed in a stall within 10 minutes and work immediately began. They came out and discussed my issues and I told them to go ahead and replace broken parts. Waited 3 hours from start to finish. I again was completely satisfied with the way I was treated with their service. I know that I have found my forever auto repair dealer. Thanks again to the assistant manager that took care of me that day. And of course, Manny was there with his input.

Pleasant experience

When I first arrived they told me it was a 2 hr wait. I left and I called in 2 hrs to see how long was the wait. Mannie told me to come in the next 30 minutes and he would take care of me. When I went in, it was still about a 30 minute wait, they said something went wrong with the car that they were working on. During the wait time they had drinks for us to get if we wanted. They told me that my car needed tires and gave me a quote for some. The customer service was really good. They were nice and explained things to customers to make them understand what was wrong with their car.

I have been to this Midas store many times for exhaust work on my vehicles. I found myself at Midas this time because I had a nail in my tire and Belle Tire said I needed to make an appointment two weeks later. I walked out in disgust and drove to the Midas store and met Manny for the first time. My tire was repaired in no time and had a nice chat with Manny and a couple of other customers in the waiting are. I came in for an exhaust issue. After talking to Nick and getting excellent prices on brakes and tires I decided to go ahead and do it all.

The Manager Manny and Nick were great! They were each very personable and very honest regarding our car's problem, the work to be done and the work that they did. They performed Quality Control on my car to find that they installed a defective part and would not return the car to me until they had removed the bad part and replaced it with a good one. I will call ahead to let management know about my oil filter experience

Dropped off my car at 10 am and received no updates until I called at 2pm. Didn't get my car back until 6pm for tires and alignment. They also didn't tighten lugnuts on one of my tires which a potentially dangerous error.

Mr Martinez was very nice and friendly, Mr Nick was also very nice.

The friendly staff was able to squeeze me in for an oil change without an appointment, despite it being a busy day! I'm a very grateful and satisfied customer, and would surely return to my local Midas.

Manny and Lena were extremely helpful. Manny took time to confirm additional services being recommended by his mechanics and give me an honest opinion on my vehicle.

They greeted me soon as I walked through the door. Price was reasonable and it didn’t take long at al to service my vehicle.

Past experience, easily scheduled appt. Started on time, called by phone when ready, completed ahead of estimated time. Showed defects in muffler, tailpipe.

Quick work....I have confidence in the ability of the techs to service my vehicle in a timely fashion, for a competitive price . They did just that, explained what was necessary for repairs currently, and what should be done next to keep my vehicle operating as well as possible (older vehicle, many miles). This is my go-to automotive service center.

I am handicapped and they made it very easy for me. They brought my car right to the door, and made sure I got in ok. While I was waiting I was offered juice, coffee, or water and the order sheet was brought to me to sign. Very nice and polite people.

I came in to get an Uber inspection and was told I needed 4 tires and 2 outer tire rods, 2 other mechanics said something different. The other mechanics said 2 tires and 1 tire rod to pass, a difference of 500.

Friendly and kind service

The young lady that assisted me was very nice,friendly and new the business. The exhaust tech new his business and i like his idea for the repair needed.

In March of 2020 I had the whole exhaust system replaced with a price of over $1,500 dollars. Then again in October 2021,, I had suspension work done for over $2 000 dollars. On July 5, 2022 my muffler failed a little over 2 years later which I thought was too soon. When I dropped off my truck, it was told there was no record of my previous two visits. I felt this was unacceptable! Over $3,500 I paid with my records somehow got deleted. Had I not kept my receipt, I don’t know how it would have been found.

Great service, friendly staff, and overall satisfaction with the quality of work completed in a very speedy manner. I have been going to Midas for nearly 20 years and will continue to do so.

I am cheesed at myself for paying the extortion fee of $45.00 just to price a muffler even though my car was on the hoist for an oil change. I should have refused and walked out. Mike, who has since retired, would NEVER have charged me that fee...I have spent thousands there for assorted jobs on multiple cars....and I feel that if that $45.00 is not returned to me you may have just lost a customer. I also (used to) recommend this particular Midas shop for the (previous) trustworthy and reasonably priced services but...

They worked on all my cars and they always do excellent work. I never have to worry about anything difficult. If they can’t do it, they’re honest about it and they will inform you otherwise. I like that about them.
