Be honest when explaining options to fix problem. Service technician told me they could not weld a flange on exhaust system and that was untrue because they did just that on one end.

Easy scheduling. Charges were explained upfront. I really like the new text inspection report with pictures. It allows the customer to see the identified issue(s). It gives the customer the ability to see firsthand what the issue is, and allows them to make an informed decision on what they may address/not address. It also shows the inspection is conducted and not brushed over. A win/win scenario. So far in my two visits I've been impressed with the service and expect to visit again for tires in the near future, and for my next oil change.

I came in knowing what the problem was and they still made me do an Dianostic to tell me exactly what I already knew. The battery price ended up being twice the price quoted on the phone. So in ended up having to pay $64 for a dianostic I didnt need and going to belle tire. I told them what I needed and got it cheaper. If someone tells you what the want replaced just do what they ask I knew my car had two batteries I also knew Which one I wanted replace just give me an accurate price and move on.

I have always been satisfied with midas service
I brung my car in for a “suspension issue” (my car was slightly crooked) and for a “break and reverse light not working” (electrical problem). After the inspection, $800 worth of work was done to my car (much needed work, thank you,) but my car is still crooked and I was never told anything about my tail/reverse light every getting looked at.
Took a little longer than I expected for a serpentine belt and balancing tires. I was there three hours. The associate Jovan was very good in keeping me informed and checking with mechanics about completion.
The manager Josh, was very outgoing and great with the services they provided, i recommend the services to my friends and family around, there pretty good at what they do!!!! Thank you guys.
Have your staff be on time ready to work. Also not have them stand around talking after they arrive but instead get right to work. Then quickly change my oil and nothing else and say it’s done.
The man I spoke with dropping off my car clearly explained the pricing of the product and allowed me to apply a great coupon on my oil change. He also explained how Midas is different than dealerships in that their employees are salary bs paid by job thus less likely to recommend unneeded services.
Labor was a little heavy on the price. I’m glad there wasn’t something else wrong with the car. The service was great it’s just the pricing on the labor that’s upsetting.

I had an oil change. I was told up front they dont do 10 minute oil changes, and they dont do 20 dollar oil changes. They told me after that they did a "Courtesy safety inspection". I thought "Ok, here it comes!" but no. No upsale! You know the 10 minute, 20 dollar oil change is never that. Even if it was do you really want someone speeding through a maintenance repair on your car using the cheapest of materials?

Great shop. Highly recommend. Goes above and beyond. Can be a bit pricey, however. For older vehicles, sometimes the price to fix is far more than the price of your vehicle itself or what you paid for it. They do quality work overall and I'm always satisfied.
