For staff at the local store to know what coupons mean and how they can be used. I had a coupon for a $99.00 per pad installation. The refused to accept the coupon and told me that there $189.00 per pad was cheaper than the coupon. They have no explanation for this and the guy had to go talk to his boss three different times. He initially told me the read would be $350.00 and the fronts would be about the same, but later said he had forgotten something (Cleaning calipers I believe) and the rears were now $469.00. Anyway, I paid $933.33 out the door!!! I will definitely check elsewhere before I go back there. Incidentally, I just had them do another brake job the week before. It was high too, but I went back because the had found that I needed sway bar links. I had them do that work and was very satisfied with it. But I feel they really took advantage ofMe this time, and I won’t be back…
I am a regular Midas customer for all my car maintenance. The staff is very professional and competent. The pricing is fair and competitive. The facility is clean and well organized. I never get the feeling I am being sold something that I don't need at the time like I have with many car dealer's. The dealer I bought my car from said I needed new tires three years before I really needed new tires.
I have been to another Midas and I appreciate the job that was done there and here.

My oil change was mark on my electric panel on my dash but, my break pads that were replaced are still reading on 3,000 miles left on them. I specifically asked when leaving if my system was updated.

I was highly satisfied. But I paid 100 for the Diagnostic not it wasn't put towards the fixing of my vehicle. Even though they did a good job I think that was wrong. But I would go back and get my Diagnostic somewhere else first.

Took from 9am to 6pm to complete job. Half way through, was informed another problem was found that would double the price. I refused at first, but I got another call that pleaded me into buying the extra fix, which I felt it was hard to say no to.
I went in with my daughter's Jeep Compass with her doughnut tire on, and a flat in the back tire in the back. It was explained to me that the air pressure stem was broken and they replaced it.... aired up all my tires too..

Ì have been going here for over ford years and never had any issues... they are always friendly and though with their inspections.
I thought they did a complete inspections, I never had anyone remove my cabin breather filter to check it. Once I got home my check engine soon light was on. I took it to Auto Zone to run diagnostic test and they said the air filter/map sensor was either not sealed or bad. Once they opened the hood realized they didn't tighten 2 of the 4 screws that seals the hosing. (Also noticed that they didn't fill up the washer fluid.) Once we did that and drove it a little the light went off. So ended up buying a gallon from Auto Zone and filled it myself. Hour of my life I won't get back.

Has no appointment for my tire issue (nail in tire). The location worked me in and within 2 hrs. I received a call that the vehicle was completed. Upon arrival i was told the nail did not puncture the tire and I was all set.

I liked that the guys at Midas never made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars. They figured out the issues with my car in only a few hours and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day. The manager was very nice and made my visit easy going, and I don't feel dread when I go to Midas. It's nice knowing that my car is in good hands, and paying to fix it rather than get a new car is the obvious choice for me.
Great friendly service, very professional and personable. Management and sales team were awesome. Mechanic however could be more attentive. My passenger side brake light was out and when he did his checklist to team member he said working and it wasn't I had to bring it to his attention. Other than that service was great. I just think they should be more focused, problems equal money no matter how small the job is.

Technician did not put air in tires, they failed to latch the hood and I noticed it while driving, but the worse was when they did not connect my gas hose and I was putting gas in tank and fuel was spilling out on ground. Major safety issue as I was standing in puddle of gas before I realized it.
