The repair was done in the time promised and at a fair price. Everyone was easy to work with and I am confident in the quality of the repair. (I had a transmission mount replaced.)

Needed a tire repaired. They said bring it right in, looked at it, stated it could be fixed and about what it would cost. They called me to talk about an option and the price, but it was not needed. They called when it was done, in only 2 hours, and for the original price. I was happy with the fast service and the explanation on why it needed repair, which is good for preventing future tire issues. Great service techs and manager, great service, fair price, I give them an A+

For some reason, Midas was unable to complete this service (replacement of front wheel bearings). The first issue was removal of the old bearings, original equipment on a car with 218,000 miles. They decided instead to replace the full knuckle assembly, but after leaving the car two more times, they got the wrong part twice, and still cannot locate the right part. So after three inconvenient trips, the car is still in the same state as when we started.

This is the second time oil was spilled and I had to smell it why it burned off and smoked.

I had brake work done. Shortly after I left, a bolt came out of the mechanism because it had not been thoroughly tightened. This necessitated a second visit to have the bolt replaced, costing me about an hour of my work day.

The Manager at the front desk and Joe and there was a 3rd guy who looked at my car and really highly respectable and polite and kind!
