I've been going to this place for the last 10 years. In that time, I've had only a few times where something went wrong. The staff here are always quick to fix the situation.
-Stick with online scheduling. I requested for Friday afternoon, but was called and told the site was too busy and asked if I could come in on Monday.-Fully explain pricing, I was quoted at around $42, but disposal and other fees weren't mentioned-I was told 30 min for an oil change which took 50 min-I wasn't told to watch my text for an inspection report, given I was sitting in the waiting room I didn't think to. About 10 min later they asked if I'd received it, then quoted me an addition 15 min to change air filters which took 30 min.-Given that I was the first one there, right when the store opened, and was waiting for my vehicle, I was shocked it took an hour and 20 min to complete the service. I ended up being late for work because of this.

The manager Ray was great. They replaced a part but it failed to fix the issue so I had to take it back a second time. They fixed the actual problem and did not try to charge me a second time for it.

No idea, I was requesting them to do a specific inspection because the engine light was on, but they just looked around the visible parts and gave me a listing of parts to replace which I got recommended from my deal shop that those parts are unnecessary to replace.
Online appointment not showing up in your system, half work done like oilchanged but all the parts were not put back, stuff were left changing from vehicle. Price were shown to high.

I bring my GMC Terrain 2024 because it had this alarm the night before for low pressure on the rear tire of the drivers side. The guys check all the 4 tires, and explain to me that both tires from the drivers side were driven while flat, and that affect the performance. The bring the pressure of the tires back to the ideal Pressure. They didn't charge me for the service. If I have to had any service on my car, I'll bring it to Midas in Novi.

When scheduling the appointment it’s entered into the computer (twice this happened). When this happens tell me up front. Do not tell me 30 min into it the person forgot to me in the system and will be another 45 min for my oil change.
I interacted with both the manager and mechanic who worked on my car. Both of them were friendly and above all, honest. I had gone to one of your competitors before going to Midas for an estimate. They gave me every excuse in the book on why I would have to wait a couple of days and even then, my repairs would be upwards of $1K. Midas took me in immediately, and fixed my car for a fraction of the price. I am very pleased with the repairs that they did and their honesty. You have a great team there!

Called prior to bringing in vehicle and was told to drop of 9am and should be complete by afternoon, car finally done @ 6pm. Front brakes, calipers and rotors that was it. That is a lengthy time frame for brakes.

The vehicle needed 1 new brake hose to fix the problem that was occurring. I paid for a brake bleed that was not completed (it couldn't have been because of the faulty hose.) The shop insisted that an additional 800$ of work was needed (new rotors, pads, and hoses) in addition to the charges for the work that was not actually performed.
The service was excellent
They were running behind due to a morning meeting and the customer before me needed more instructions/services. I was told 30-45 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation, but it wasn't taken in for the process until an hour after I got there. The area GM was there and TJ was super helpful and apologetic. They listened and took care of my issues. I will definitely go back due to the professional way it was handled.

My own auto dealership recommended this Midas location in Novi, Michigan for a new muffler, indicating it would definitely be less expensive and likely take less time to install! They were 110% correct. Everything about this experience from start to finish was excellent. TJ, was so personable and patient, yet professional and efficient. I paid $133 dollars for a front wheel alignment on my 2013 Cruze and all they adjusted was the Toe. The tech told me they couldn't adjust the caster/ camber. Why did I pay full price and half the job got done?
