My service went seamless. I had my vehicle in the overnight slot and I was very surprised that I was able to get it the same day considering how busy this location is. I've been a midas customer for 10 plus years and try their best to maintain me as a customer.
Eddie, JD, and Nate were all amazing during my visit. Nate allowed me to keep my car at the lot for four months until I had the funds to pay. Nate and JD were empathetic to my situation and were able to get me the services I needed at a great price. Eddie, the mechanic, dumbed down what needed to be done and why in the most respectful way I have ever experienced. I communicated with Nate for the most part, and it seemed like he actually cared about me. I have been through ten plus cars in my life and have grown apprehensive of mechanics and repair shops in general. My experience with Nate, JD and Eddie has helped to ease those nerves. The car is not perfect. The check engine light is on and I still need front/rear brakes and rotors. I will be going back to this location for those repairs when I am able to do them. I would recommend this Midas to anyone with frequent car trouble that knows the minimum about cars. I look forward to doing business here again in the future.

The ppl there created circumstance where I had to buy the service and didn't give me any option or choice. They also pressurized me to buy parts that was not related with the actual issue and also charged be the labor cost for it. The problem as they say was with alternator, but they put pressure on me to buy new battery too when I know my battery is relatively new and works pretty fine. Then they did not give me any warranty for the alternator because I didn't buy battery from them. Regardless I didn't buy new battery and it's still functioning fine. While this was going on I asked them not to change the alternator and I will change it somewhere else since they are not transparent with me. Then they said I still need to pay them $140! For what, for doing nothing. I had no choice but to change the alternator there only. But the whole experience was really horrible.

The quickness of my appointment and the overall friendliness of the workers, along with the cheap price and overall feeling of being properly taken care of, instead of saying I needed new tires they told me the measurement and when to replace them before they became a hazard, awesome to see honesty in the industry still.
Two gentlemen assisted us with choosing the right tire for our car. We did purchase an expense set, but they took the time to explain the difference between the various options of tires. We were pleased. They were honest and also tried to accommodate our schedule. Very "low key" location to make the purchase. Most tire places are busy, hard to get someone to really spend time explaining your purchase, and make you feel that they just wanted a sale. I will go to this location again for other car maintenance issues. The gentlemen were extremely polite.

Almost $400.00 labor to replace a muffler! I have 40+ years in automotive industry, worked at numerous shops owned repair facility, taught auto mechanics, ASE Master Mechanic for auto & Truck. $400.00 for an hour and half job is outrageous! $375.00 approx. for a muffler that can be bought aftermarket for 1/3 that price. I am fully aware of making a profit, but these prices outrageous! $800.00+ for a muffler and pipe installed, that is definitely price gouging. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

I noticed a dent on my hood where the hood is propped open. I can't prove that it was done there, but I certainly would have noticed it earlier, it is that obvious. It seems like the hood may have beeb slammed shut with something still in the support hole.None the less, I'm satisfied with the overall work, just bothered by that dent.
I feel there was a bait and switch. Theu diagnosis the problem as the front brakes then said the rears too. This could have been found out @ the initial inspection. I was told need to replace the front in order to know if rears needed replacement. That doesn't make sense for a trained mechanic.
I feel Cory was being honest with me with all aspects pertaining to my visit. Honesty and moderate pricing along with quality workmanship is all that is needed to bring customers back and have a successful business!

I called and told them they misdiagnosed my vehicle . Its been a year of in and out at this location only to have to return . My car gets worse with each visit. I'm left with so many problems with my car since last repair. I barely drive now I'm so let down. I have to start from scratch now at another repair shop. I've lost nearly 3000 dollars in repairs this year at your location. I should not have these issues.

When someone tells you they have the coupon for 49.99 for oil change and rotation, do not tell them what you are charging them using a different system as being the same. I was told I was getting 20 off of 69.99.. however I received 20 off of 86 because the sales associate did not want to honor/use the coupon. The previous month I had taken a different vehicle to a different Midas location and they were professional, mature and used the coupon price advertised in a friendly non condescending manner. No gimmicks, no game playing with the price. I did not argue as I was very tired that day, just decided to never come back again.

I came in for an exhaust issue, which was fixed promptly and for a recently fair price. I was upsold brakes and tie-rods, which quadrupled the price of my appointment. I felt like I was guilted into accepting these, as I was told these were going to be needed in the near future, so I should do them today. While this may be true, I did not appreciate the process that was pushed upon me.

I came in with some noises under my car near the front tires. Suspension issues. The 2 guys that worked this day were so helpful and assured me they would thoroughly inspect my concern. After the oil change and tire rotation I drove away. 2 minutes after I left the front right tire was making very loud sounds worse than when I arrived. I called the service center The guy got in his car and drove to me to help me. He went above and beyond to help me. He drove his vehicle and came to rescue me. It was the kindest thing I can remember happening to me . Old fashioned services is what I experienced and such kind and caring people at this location. I'm truly grateful for the help that was given to me. They took my car back in the garage and adjusted a few things and I was ready to go once again. My car is working well now. Thanks to there going the distance and the extra mile for me. They deserve an award for there help to me yesterday.
