All of the sales associates were very kind. One even gave me some great suggestions on how to keep critters out of my engine bay during the winter months

The Roseville Midas is staffed with a good team from top on down. I needed my vehicle inspected for ride sharing purposes, and this is the third time I've had the Midas perform the work. One minor issue was found, and they took care of it.

The lady at the front was VERY helpful and informative. Didn't try to scam me for more money like some places do. The guy who did my oil change was very nice. I will be back and let others know to come here too.

I do have to go back just to make sure ever is okay per the mechanics request and I appreciate that he’s making sure everything is okay with my vehicle. The even shared there Wi-Fi since I was there for a few hours. I forgot her name but she worked the front desk she was lovely and friendly.

Howard the sales associate was very helpful. He explained and double checked the tire size I would need. He got me a Lyft driver to send me to work and kept me well informed of what to expect. When he called me about my car, he also explained about my rims and how they went a head and cleaned them out too! Midas has definitely gotten a new loyal customer!

Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. And her boss, the District Manager but I forgot his name, was one of the most genuine auto service indivuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was able to easily set an appointment, the work was done really well with all the bells and whistles included for just an oil change! This Midas is around the corner from my job and I came to it by chance, but I will be definitely be back.
