From the time I made a phone call until the service was done everything was done, respectful and professional. I highly recommend this Midas in Greenfield to everybody.

Technician kept me informed and brought me the brake and rotor to show the damage/determination of it. They got me in with no appointment and they were accurate on how long it would be. All the people I spent time with were super friendly and knowledgeable

Be more truthful about what needs to be repaired and what repairs can be replaced later and start working around the problem and fix the problem

At first the estimated time was 14 hours for the repairs but it took on 9 hours and I was happy about that

I called for a wheel alignment quote and was told 89$. I show up and he says that I must also get the suspension inspection for $45. If they find something above the wheel alignment and I don’t get the service I have to pay 45$ plus 89$. After inspection mechanic says rotors and calipers in addition to alignment. Cashier writes up a $2200 quote including a new sway bar and other things the mechanic did not mention. I’m mad he didn’t tell me about $45 fee before I drove out there but the $2200 quote is why I’ll never come back or tell anyone to come here. Shameful practice. Especially for a national chain. That’s actually why I decided to come here. I thought you would be honest and move with integrity. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

This was my second visit in under 2 years. Although there were some new issues with my exhaust that had to be solved, I noticed (when I looked at my exhaust when my truck was lifted) that the new muffler and connecting pipe Midas installed less than two years ago appeared considerably worn and rusted as if they were installed decades ago! I have another vehicle that had the same work done over 10 years ago and it looks better than the Midas work that was done less than 2 years ago. Thus, I can’t see myself returning to Midas and I can’t recommend Midas. However, the staff was friendly and polite.

Because of the associates knowledge, professionalism, in explaining the repairs, pricing etc. everyone was very courteous, and the fact that they go beyond the measures of their duties and responsibilities.

Give detail information about the pricing of the visit...I took my car back because my rotor was messed up where it was worked on the time before...that's why I took it back but I was charge a brake inspection fee and was never told that before they looked at it..very angry and not satisfied!🤬

The lady who says she was the manager was not helpful at all. They put invoice under my son name says she couldn?t change it now I can?t get reimbursed. What she tells me there?s nothing I can do????

From start to finish I was educated on the repair and treated like a Guest in the facilty.
